My order was packaged incorrectly and it was damaged. I think the staff needs to learn how to properly package the product.

Very often we almost always make the same order. We always add a portion of balls to the drink for an additional fee, of course, but today they apparently forgot or deliberately tried to deceive. When we asked where the extra portion was, the young man who placed the order said that this was enough))))) Although I am absolutely sure that this is not so. If they do this to every client, they are cheating. EITHER CHECK YOUR ORDER OR DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL - you may be scammed.

Polite service but after I ordered my drinks and returned to my car my milk tea was too sweet even though I had asked for half sugar and my slush didn't even have ice and it separated.

I ordered the Sesame Matcha with Oreos and it tasted amazing! I could taste the black sesame flavor and had bits of sesame and Oreos with each sip. Would recommend to those that like black sesame.
