I hadn't tried Kung Fu Tea in a long time but decided to. Wow, disappointed. I got a coffee milk tea with pearls. The pearls were very hard and not very chewy. I could barely taste anything in the drink because it was so incredibly floral. I can best describe it as tasting a field of roses and dandelions, except extremely artificial. It was genuinely disgusting. I will not be returning to KFT and I highly recommend you stay away. Try something else nearby like the Heytea or even Tiger Sugar.

Good customer service includes basic courtesy. A simple response or acknowledgment would have made the experience much better. I hope the staff can be more friendly and responsive to customers

I’ve been a frequent customer at this shop for a while and I’m always satisfied.
The drinks are very good, especially the boba pearls, since they are warm and chewy.
If you don’t feel like ordering up front, you can just pay with the self-order kiosk!
The drinks don’t take too long, and its a cozy place to have a drink.
I have many good experiences here, highly recommend!
