I come here whenever I am leaving the mall. My husband loves this place. I have tried several of their drinks. They have boba slushes with all types off boba pearls. They also have of popping boba pearls- mango, strawberry etc. they have coffee and espresso drinks too. The mocha is very good. The Barbie slushy is my favorite. It is made with prickly pear and lemon. It is not too sweet.

i ordered the taro milk tea with boba and it was the most disgusting thing i’ve ever tasted. it had this artificial floral flavor and a cheesy aftertaste. i tried to drink it to justify the purchase but it was so bad it was making me gag. when i went to go dump it, i noticed it was all curdled up at the top and smelled spoiled. i personally don’t think i’ll be buying from here again.

Not a good experience, I came yesterday on 8/28 and the boba was not good, tasted very hard, the guy that was working recommended the other boba store in the mall, I would not recommend this place!!

I really wanted to like this place, but my experience was disappointing from start to finish. The drink tasted watered down and overly sweet, nothing close to the quality I expected from other boba shops. The boba was hard in the center instead of chewy, like it had been sitting out for too long.

This was my first time coming to this location. Never have I ever seen a more unsanitary space. There were flies swarming the work place. Yesterday, I ordered a drink and saw a small bug inside my drink. I'm never coming back here. Wish I could give 0 stars.

The drink was good but I asked for light ice and it was half ice. I will not order ice next time. Also, when I tried to put the straw in the drink spilled everywhere!! I hate wasting food and drinks so this was disappointing, especially considering how expensive this tiny drink was. They need to be more careful when filling it. If you fill it that much it's just gonna get wasted anyway! This has never happened to me before. The service was very quick though!

Ordered our drinks asked for regular level sugar 100% just for it taste nasty with no sugar when asked to have remade they said they ran out of the flavor & the milk cap ☹️

I placed an online order for delivery, the trip would’ve been MAX 30 minutes. TWO HOURS LATER and my drinks still haven’t been delivered. I placed my order at 7:46pm, the workers waited until an hour later at 8:44pm to message me that they are out of matcha milk and request me to choose a new drink and rush me to select a new drink. Regardless, they gave me a drink I did not want and without my requested topping. Horrible and unprofessional service in my opinion. Such a waste of my money.

Placed an online order on the app, and when I went to pick up, the customer service was terrible. Took over 10 minutes for the workers to even acknowledge me after repeatedly saying excuse me at the pick up station once they were already at the pick up calling for other orders. Barista making the drinks had AirPods in and was not aware of her surroundings at all. The female barista would look at me and not acknowledge me asking for assistance. Kung Fu Tea at 1422 Avenue U is much better.
