I’ve been visiting this place every now and then since high school, but a few years back, the server switched to a middle-aged lady. She’s fantastic, but it feels like everything has changed since then. I remember once when she chased after me and my friends because we didn’t tip them enough—it’s wild, since that never happened before! Still, I come back sometimes, and it’s always the same lady. The food is okay, not amazing like before, and it feels like the portions are smaller. I really enjoy this place because it’s filled with memories from high school with my friends, but now it just feels like a different place.

The service was poor, the food was average, and the portions were really small. Everything felt overpriced and disappointing

The service was disappointing. The server was on his phone during work and it was difficult to get his attention. The food was also underwhelming — the Thai sesame beef was bitter from being overcooked. When we asked for the bill, instead of bringing it to our table, the server directed us to the cashier, even though we noticed other tables received their bill at the table. Overall, both the service and food quality need improvement.

I've had a mixed experience with the sushi at Kushi Asian Fusion. While some rolls are decent and occasionally even good, the service, particularly regarding delivery, has been disappointing.
My recent experiences with the delivery drivers have been frustrating. During a previous order, I explained that I live in a building without an elevator and have a broken leg, making it impossible for me to come downstairs. However, the driver callously insisted I come down instead, stating, “I’m too busy to come upstairs.” He ended up leaving my order in the lobby, forcing me to crawl down and back up the stairs for my food, despite tipping $5.
This time, I left a $2 tip, considering I was already charged a delivery fee of $3 and a convenience fee of $1. To my shock, the delivery driver yelled at me for the small tip and rudely suggested that I should order through Uber Eats next time. I understand that tipping isn't mandatory, but given that the restaurant is only 5 blocks away and the driver was on a moped in good weather, I felt my tip was fair. A delivery driver should be more considerate, especially when the restaurant doesn’t offer the service of bringing my order upstairs.
Overall, the sushi might be decent, but the rude delivery drivers really detract from the experience. This place needs to reevaluate its delivery staff to ensure better service in the future.

I think the one piece deco was very cute. It’s recognizable from outside. I went around 2-3 on a Wednesday so it wasn’t crowded. They serve desserts and food. I got the bento box combo, I’m not sure why it’s not listed in the menu but the combo came with white rice, the protein, the cabbage with dressing, 6 pc cali roll, and a miso soup. They don’t serve hot tea like a traditional Asian restaurant. This is a great place to go to if you are a one piece fan as the walls are cover with one piece posters or looking for a place to eat out with a friend. The food isn’t one piece theme tho.

I love the place love the food but just had the delivery man get aggressive and aggravated because I didn’t tip the amount he would of been happy with even though I was ready to tip in cash at the door but he got too mad and stormed off and was saying things I couldn’t hear just overall being unprofessional but foods good so👍🏼
