I went today at 1205pm not a single person in line in front of me. I order a bec on sesame bagel. Simple. Multiple people order after me, 10 minutes later they all start getting bec sandwhiches I ordered before them, now 15 in I ask the girl if she could check on my sandwhich she says its coming.7 more minutes go by I ask again she blatantly ignores me, I said “hi, can you see me” nothing…. I go to other side where i asked the guy who took my order to check hes confused i show him the ticket piece he goes in the back, we are now 28 in minutes into a BEC sandwhich. Suprise, they never made it. 2 minutes later the same girl calls me up to pay. I said you know i waited 30 minutes for a sandwhich and I asked you check twice. She literally gave me a stank face rolled her eyes and just tapped on the card reader for me to pay that is facing the wrong direction and too far away tap so i say can u turn it toward me? She just said “no” so I said “you’re rude ah” at that point a butch heavy set spanish woman who had zero involvement decides to interject and start yelling “have a good day buddy” like I just didnt waste my lunch break waiting. I leave get back to my office and its a freaking turkey club sandwhich. Ya’ll need to do better in there.

Cheap with the cream cheese, like the thinnest layer possible and their everything bagels are more like three-quarter bagels. There was zero salt. Everything bagels need salt to qualify as everything bagels.

A unique place where there are fresh bagels all the time, it feels authentic. The service was 10/10, they let us try the spreads for the cinnamon bagel and gave us advice. The place is very nice. There is no place to sit but the atmosphere is first class.
