Went in early morning when it open dot at 7 am. Bagels were fresh and light. Got it with scallion cream cheese and egg. Simply what you want in a bagel, no complaints. Perfect stop.

I went to La Bagel Delight this morning to pick up bags and cream cheese for our office. The nerve of charging $18 per lb of scallion cream cheese!!! and $24 per dozen bagels; not even a bonus bagel offered like most places!! The cream cheese is nothing special - Russ and Daughters doesn't even charge $18 per lb of cream cheese! I'll NEVER purchase anything from La Bagel Delight again!

The place wasn’t even crowded and they messed up my order. I even felt like the person behind the counter wasn’t listening fully, so I repeated the order back again to make sure he heard it and he still left stuff off my bagel. I got 2 bagels a water and tea for $40 bucks and they still messed up my order after repeating to them multiple times. So crazy

Wow!! I’ve had countless bagels in NYC, but never experienced any cream cheese this smooth and creamy. The bagel itself was fresh and soft. If you’re around DUMBO in the morning, stop by this bagel spot for sure!!

The bagels are absolutely delicious — a true 5-star experience when it comes to taste. But the ordering system is baffling. They take your order and then… that’s it. No payment. You’re left awkwardly lingering around in a cramped space until your food is ready — and only then are you allowed to pay. It’s inefficient, disorganized, and a waste of time for every single customer. This setup might work in a massive café, but in a tiny shop like this, it just causes crowding, confusion, and frustration. Amazing food, yes — but the process seriously needs a rethink. ¯\\_(ツ)_/¯
