They need to make patties all day. I stopped by around 10am and they didn't have patties yet only bread. Their wrevenu can improve if they start doing that one thing. Most people go there for the patties.
The bakery is typical of a Haitian bakery. The service was very good. They were attentive to my requests and tried their best to accommodate me, when they were out of an item I wanted. The patty wasn't the most flavorful that I've had. It seemed to be missing more spices and heat. That was in the beef and fish, as that was what I had. Each patty is on the smaller side, so you'll need a few to fill you up.
Love this place especially if you want a quick bite of some good flaky patties I like the chicken the most and they pastries are good as well. I get this cookie shaped like a bow. Had to leave them alone for awhile I was addicted lol.
