Customer service at this bakery is really bad. Patties and bread ? are made in the worst sanitary conditions. There an individual at their flatlands location he has pig like behavior, uses his shirt to clean his face while serving customers and he is very moody.

As good as those patties are. The customer service etiquette is trash, makes you not want to come back. The guy with the head full of hair has a nasty attitude all the time, no matter what time of the day it is. Greeting customers and providing a pleasant atmosphere is crucial in a business. The food could be bomb but if customer service is lacking, it puts a damper on the experience. (The employee who's cross eyed with the full head of hair has a disgusting attitude) He simply not welcoming!
The patties and rolls of bread are top notch. I always grab a box of 12 beef patties and they never last long in my home

Best Haitian patties. Not too oily or too dry. They could add a little more meat inside the patties but overall they’re delicious.
