Years ago back in the 1970s. I frequently are here. It's was "Neil's" since many years. The advertisement is false it's was never la bella since 1957. Neil was a older Italian (Sicilian) very short about 5' and always dressed in white. Very old school. He was very nice and had a very thick accent. Back then a lot of the neighborhood spoke Italian and he'd frequently attend to customers in Italian.
