Terrible customer service I went in to order a cake and as I’m telling the young lady what I want she looks at me with a blank face and walks away to help another customer. On top of that after listing the type of fillings they have and flavored cake she then changes her story and says she doesn't have it after I told her which one I would like. Completely unprofessional rude and not welcoming

I placed an order for a cake a week in advanced and they still couldn’t get it right. They messed up the name and the writing on the cake was done poorly. When first ordering the cake they weren’t able to fulfill the original designs (which were very simple requests) everything we had asked if they were able to do they weren’t and tried to do everything there way. Then when we were discussing the time to pick it up they insisted on us coming a later time that would work out for them. The day comes to pick up the cake and they give us a call saying the cake won’t be ready and pushed it back a whole hour after we had already given them a week. This is my first and last time ever going here.

The young woman who helped me was very obnoxious and had a bad attitude, she seemed to have had a bad day. I bought a pineapple cake and the dough was very hard and the sigh was chewy, apparently the cake was old... Bad service, the cake was very bad and above all expensive.

This bakery makes delicious Dominican cakes and in my experience they are the best. However they are not good at decorating and creating detailed cakes. Another drawback is that if you want to place order you have to go in person and leave a deposit. They should update their system to make easier for customers to place orders and pay online/electronically.

I have bought many cakes in that store. My whole family and friends love a freshly made Dominican cake and they have a taste. They very delicious. You have been in the same location for many years, sometimes they move the store one or two streets away. the cakes are very good and at a very good price But the bad thing is that when you order a cake they never have it at the time you want it they are very unpunctual and to pay it always has to be in cash they do not accept credit cards. what I do is that when I need it at 9 at night, I ask for it to be ready at 7:00pm so it will be ready at 8:00pm. They have dulce de leche, strawberry, vanilla, 3 leches, pinapple, guava and dulce the leche is the best one.
