They didn’t tell me that certain things I ordered from Grubhub were not available . They don’t send some things ,and send terrible substitutes for others. At least give me call so that I can cancel the whole order and not waste my time or money. This is bad business . I’m not allowed to give zero stars. So corrupt.

Clearly this place has new chefs and looks like it’s under new management. Quality of food is not the same anymore. The alcapurrias are so small now very dry with no meat. The morcillas are super salty. Smaller portions of food for more money now. Definitely not coming here anymore.

let me start off by saying the arroz con gandules and the empanadillas are absolutely scrumptious omg!!! i highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a no frills delicious Boricua meal <3 it almost feels as if you’re on la isla del encanto when you take the first bite of their food 🥺🥺🥹🫶🏻🫶🏻

I'd been wanting to eat here for ages, and it was worth the wait. The ambiance suggests aims. Warm, inviting, accommodating, qualified. Every dish shows the same level of care. The restaurant has secured our return.
After many years of eating at this restaurant. The food was dirt. The new employee {man}cross contaminated all the food using the same dirty food and not cleaning up the cutlery or cutting Board .. tge drinks in machine was fermented and i took the guy.. took my friend to eat and she is very sick from the food .. think 🤔 i should call the Department of health . Hope the owner reads this

The kitchen here works at a level that deserves recognition. The team was dependably good from beginning to end. The dishes satisfied completely and cost less than expected for such quantity. La Isla serves incredible food. The restaurant surprised me completely.
