best mexican restaurant in bushwick (and probably brooklyn). i’m obsessed with this place. the food is always a hit. i wish i had pictures but i always devour the food i get here. try their esquite, i wish they had a bigger option for this delicious dish. definitely a restaurant you should try!Vegetarian options: they have a decent amount of vegetarian options.

The place itself was ok but was with a group of friends and we had the most god awful bartender ever, Ivanna. Not only did she keep messing up our drink orders but she spent half the time trying to make Tik Tok or IG videos and every chance she got would tell people who she’s an influencer and model. Ma’am, please get our drink orders accurate first, we’re not interested in how hot you think you are.EDIT: since the owner is clearly an unhinged psycho and likes to low key threaten people who leave reviews saying he will find me. Used to love this place, I’ve been coming to and ordering from here a lot but recently I’ve found the quality of the food has gone down. The corn itself is dry and the chicken in the taco was not tender, it’s usually not like that but the last two times I’ve ordered it has been.

Catalina rocks. So personable and willing to make sure guests have a stellar experience when coming in. Conversation and drinks were amazing. Happy hour is a steal here.

One word mediocre, it looks very rundown. They would keep the chips in one of those glass cases like at the movies lol. For the area, unless you want a taco truck its I guess decent. I don't like wasting money on mediocre food, but I do give them props they have stayed open for over 8 years. So they must have something going on. I would go to Skytown for steak tacos and a Palomas. They actually delicious and its like $9 for 2 big tacos.A lot of their reviews you can tell are fake, someone made a google account just to review them. I see this all theInstead of responding you should get in the kitchen and have respect for the community you are serving. Buying store bought chips/tortillas and charging the prices you charge. I know there are not that many options besides SKYTOWN and for you to say you’re a competitor you’re delusional. You’re not even close to being in the same league. They serve actual delicious food and drinks. You buy the cheapest tequila and charge people $12 for a margarita lol. Go wipe down all the tables in your establishment and mop the floors, this should be a daily thing you do in a place that serves food.

Such a cute and chill atmosphere - staff is so sweet and the food came out super fast. It was delicious and a great happy hour deal - a taco and marg for $11! Highly recommend this spot for a quick + satisfying bite.

A delightful little place to stop by to grab a quick eat! We came on the later end (~1 PM on Saturday) and had the place mostly to ourselves. I tremendously enjoyed the birria tacos, and my friends also enjoyed their chilaquiles and hangover pozole. The aesthetic in this restaurant is charmingly southern!
