We had a great time at La Nonna! Our server Yassine was so attentive and personable. He was one of the best parts of the experience. They first bring out a bread and sweet Mariana sauce. Personally don’t love a sweet sauce, but if that is your thing you will love it. Bread was a 10/10 though. Their drinks are also well made and strong. We order their filet migon empanadas which is such a unique appetizer but it was AMAZING! We then got their tortellini with chicken, pancetta, peas and mushrooms and their Bucatini carbonara. It was all genuinely so good. Their tortellini was some of the best I’ve had. Over all 9/10 experience. DEFINITELY coming back to try more of Yassines amazing recommendations.

The food was excellent. We had the lamb chops, steak and the artichoke salad which I cannot stop thinking about. Good espresso martinis too. I will save the service was a little strange. Our waiter good have been a bit more friendly, took a long time to wait on us and never came back to check on us. Had to flag another waiter down to refill our water etc. Maybe he was having a bad night. In any case this wouldn’t deter me from going back because the food is that good!

I got the salmon since it was later in the evening. It was $38. The salmon was fresh. However, it had no taste. It wasn't seasoned. It was the most bland fish I ever had. It was to be topped by crab meat. I got a dollar coin size of bread crumbs. I couldn't find one morsel of crab meat. It came with bland tasting 3 regular size shrimp. The mango sauce had no flavor. The only saving grace was the asparagus. They were grilled with seasoning. My babe got veal parm. He ate half of it and didn't want to take home the rest. He loves his parm, not theirs. We also got the fried calamari. Now that was the bomb. The cheesecake was a standard dessert. The best part was the singer who sang happy birthday to my girlfriend. He had an amazing opera voice. The restaurant goes on my done It, not going back list.

Franco is the best!
I decided to go to Nonna after reviewing the menu. The menu is robust and everything looked delicious. I went with a friend a Friday early evening. The restaurant is spacious and the decor was super cute. Unfortunately we were seated to the back in a corner behind a wall so we did not get the opportunity to take in the ambiance. Our waitress was lovely and attentive. She quickly told us about the happy hour cocktails and gave us tips about the menu. We started with lemon drop martinis which hit the spot. We ordered the calamari and the meatballs...calamari were super good and tender and meatballs were savory. For entrees we ordered the chicken Marsala and the lobster ravioli they were both amazing. The ravioli is the best I have tasted the crab and shrimp were a great touch the dish. I truly enjoyed our meal and drinks, good choice. I will definitely return, hope to get better seating and if not I will definitely ask for it this time.
wow. MAN is this place nice. we had an amazing sunday at church praising and worshiping God. prophet nate delivered a mighty message straight from heaven and driving 50 minutes to this place was the cherry on top of the cherry! the food was delicious, the portions were just a little small for me. i got the tortellini pollo pasta. we was here for 4 hours, with 7 pastors, and had amazing conversations. this place is great and the hospitality they give is amazing. come here and prepare to enjoy!

Everything was pretty good. Except my drinks had to be done over because they were a little too sour for standard Long Island Iced tea...lol. ijs
Like out server said, La Nonna truly brings the best Italian in Brooklyn! From the moment you walk in, the warm ambiance feels like stepping back in time. The food is as authentic as it gets, every bite transports you to old-world Italy. Comforting, flavorful, and filled with tradition.

Unfortunately they forgot we were there- only checked in on once, sat at the table for 45 mins without out food or drinks and was not checked in on until we flagged someone down. Did receive our main course until 2 hours when we sat down.
The food and drinks here were super tasty!

My first time here. Won't be my last. I was impressed by the food, service and decor. Parking is a slight problem, but I won't let it stop me from going back soon.

I LOVED the food here. The bread they placed on the table was warm and came with a tomato sauce that was delicious. I ordered the eggplant parm with rigatoni in vodka sauce and it was so good. My mom enjoyed her food as well. The service was also great. This place is great for a casual lunch, date, or a celebration. I will be coming back!
