The chicken looked cooked on the outside but the inside was raw. Little pinkish and undercooked. For the price of 25 dollars you would think their food was well done.

Ordered on uber eats. They didn’t have my soup. Cancelled and was charged 19 dollars because the girl there couldn’t cancel it on her end. Came in to speak the managerpersonally. No manager was present mid day 3 pm on a Tuesday. The girls that were there again didn’t help and possibly didn’t understand. I been going here since I was a kid but will never again. Castillo on 69 is better anyway. Lost my loyalty, thieves.

The woman charged me extra to change the soda cans she picked . Also when I opened my rice at home there was a piece of aluminum can in it . If I didn’t notice it , it could have been a problem. The woman was also rude and had an attitude.

I went to this restaurant after having a long day. I decided to stop by since I was hungry. I ordered white rice, beans, and pernil. The moment I tasted the food, I was very disappointed. The food had no type of flavor, so I ended up asking the waitress for the salt. The Pernil was dry, for me to swallow the food, I had to drink water. I would never eat at this restaurant again.
