The food at La Vara is extremely delicious! The octopus is very rich and has an incredible texture. All of the other plates and dishes are also incredibly flavourful. However, the dishes are so rich that you can’t eat much from just one dish, and be prepared to spend a bit of money on your experience here.
The flavors and presentation of the dishes were excellent. The service is very friendly and the experience fully meets my expectations. We tried 9 dishes and 3 desserts, all 100% recommended. Thank you ladies La Vara.

The fairy-size portions will not sweep you off your feet with extraordinary flavor that would justify the cost. This is something that needs to be pointed out, as a lot of the reviewers seem to either have drunk the Kool-Aid or really don’t know Spanish food and tapas.
