The rooftop is just beautiful !! The drinks were amazing , hosts were friendly , and food is okay but the view is worth it .

Rude Russkies abound in this vastly overpriced eatery. Arrogant, stuck up staff, especially disdainful of non Russians. If you don't speak their ugly language, expect to be treated like dirt. The food isn't even that good. DON'T waste your time in this joint.

Horrible customer service. Security very rude and disrespectful to people. Me and my husband were celebrating Valentine's Day sitting at the bar. My husband got cold and wanted to wear the jacket that he checked in. He got it , but they didn't let him wear it in a restaurant and demanded he take it off....Spoke to us in a rude manner, caused a scene , ruined our holiday...We will never be back and I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a pleasant, respectful atmosphere

I organized Christmas Party for my outdoors group here and it was a phenomenal experience as always they made it fun, amazing and special. Food is off the hook. Lots of delicious items to choose from. Dancing is great evening time . Over all amazing place !!! Thank you guys for making it the best night for all of us!!

I made a reservation for the rooftop 2 days prior and was told it would be open. We get there, it's not. Chairs are still on the tables and the lights are off. We go downstairs and I say to whom I assumed is the GM what the issue was and he said oh yea it's not open yet. Mind you I made the reservation for 830, got there at 845 (called to advise of my lateness). We are then seated on the 1st level and it takes about 11 mins (probably longer) to get to us. We order our apps and mine is brought out first so we share because we were really hungry and then about 10 or so minutes later my husband's comes out. Ok so we put in our main entree order at or around 930 p.m. It was taking a very long time to come so the waiter bought me a free drink and then kept asking if we wanted more. We said no because we already were drinking before we got there and had a drink while waiting to be seated. Anywho now the lights go down and the music comes on so now we have to eat in the dark. Our food didn't get to us until damn near 11. I was so livid, several times we contemplated on leaving but were to hungry to drive or uber to another restaurant I like.(everything in NY is far). The fact that i made the reservation 2 days prior and took forever for our food to get to us was not a good first impression at all that was my first and last time at this restaurant!
