Ladybird Bakery is hands down my favorite bakery in NYC. I’ve been enjoying their sweet treats since I was a child and their Brooklyn blackout cake is truly out of this world. Perfectly sweet, rich, & moist with the most beautiful decorative details. I was surprised with one this Valentine’s Day and like always, it was absolutely divine. You simply have to try the chocolate cake or any other delicious desserts. You won’t be disappointed.
Love, love, love this place! Such a positive chill atmosphere! Had a glass of wine and an order of bao buns. They were delicious! Crispy pork belly, delicious bbq sauce and the pickled veggies and cilantro, perfect combination! What a great way to spend the afternoon!
So I purchased a large Brooklyn blackout cake for a friends get together. Everyone brought desserts to the party. My cake was the only one that was completely finished. If that is not a review of how amazing this bakery is I don't know what is.
