You are only embarrassing the Uzbek people with these so-called “Uzbek national dishes.” There’s no need to even mention the prices — they are outrageously expensive. $45 for a single serving of plov with a salad, and on top of that, the plov has no taste at all. The rice is sticky and overcooked, the carrots are completely mushy. In short, this deserves a zero rating. Even one star is too generous for you.

The service is so-so. I usually order food to go, and twice you put 2 or 3 portions into one large container, which is entirely unacceptable. Since the food is delicious, I'd like to remain your customer, but please don't skimp on disposable containers and clearly follow customers' requests.

Uzbegim is absolutely incredible! The food was out of this world—so flavorful and satisfying. The portions are huge! If we had known ahead of time, we definitely would’ve ordered less—but hey, now we’ve got leftovers for dinner too, so no complaints there!
I have to give a special shoutout to their potatoes… I’m completely addicted. Seriously, I’m already dreaming about them and counting down the days until I’m back in New York to eat here again.
Our server was fantastic—super helpful, gave us great recommendations, and made sure we were happy the entire time.
And the best part? The prices are super budget-friendly, especially considering how much food you get. Highly recommend this place to anyone craving delicious Uzbek cuisine and warm, attentive service!

We ordered fried fish, but the fish was not well fried, and there was a large amount of tail!
Terrible service, we'll never come back! Before hiring kids( probably high school student)they need at least minimal training. The guy was so rude and unprofessional today that we left.

I come to this place often and always recommend it to my friends. The food is consistently delicious — especially the fish, which is absolutely amazing. We recently celebrated my mom’s birthday here, and she said it tasted just like back home. The portions are big and very filling, perfect for sharing. And the avocado salad? Hands down the best salad in all of Brooklyn. Highly recommend!
Very bad 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
My favorite place in NYC. I come here every time I visit. So far tried plov, lagman, Tashkent salad, Uzbegim salad, shurpa, and tea with lemon. Everything was great. I also enjoyed the Uzbek music
Really really wonderful Uzbek food! It’s my wife and I’s favorite place and we go every chance we get. You’re not going to find better Plov in NYC. The poor reviews here are really undeserved, I wouldn’t pay attention to them. Go for yourself and give it a try
A cozy Eastern café with delicious food! Great atmosphere, cleanliness, and amazing flavors
The menu offers shashlik, fish, and a variety of fresh salads
You can play your favorite music and enjoy a fun time with friends. A perfect spot to relax
