Great place to get Central Asian food. Different types of lagman available as well as a variety of different appetizers. Tsomian is my personal favorite. I forgot the type my boyfriend got but see the photo which he took.

Noodles gave that chew we were craving. The beef and chive samsa(?) was ALL chives with no beef in it. The Tsomian was too salty but the classic Lamian was pretty good. Everything is a little pricey and service could be improved with a little more attentiveness and friendliness.

What a joke of the place. I placed my order online on their website. In 10 min got a confirmation call and they told me I need to show them my ID to accept the delivery. 3 hours later and no food. No one would pick up the phone. Then the line was busy. Then they would just toward my calls to voicemail. Back to the line being busy. I am so glad they had no issues charging my card though. Everything went smoothly there.

Update: I called 5x trough the day to check if they had delivery or pickup. Noone answers the phone. After that I came all the way to the restaurant to eat after work, even though it is not on my way, only to see it is closed. That is why I changed the stars from 5 to 1. Shame.Old review:Very clean and nice family owned restaurant! The classic noodles and honey cake + kompot are amazing! And de beef samsa OMG ?

The food has authentic flavor, however, there is barely any meat in lagman which makes the experience very poor.

Great food, yummy cakes. We absolutely enjoyed our lunch. We drove all the way from Jersey city and have no regret coming here

Ordered for delivery via grub hub. This is what $60 gets you before tip. When I called them to ask why their portions looks drastically different than what's advertised on Grub hub or pictured on Yelp they said sometimes they fill their containers half way and sometimes full lmao! What a joke....will not be ordering again.

We've been thinking about trying this place for years, and it lived up to our (high) expectations. In particular, the "Dungan shchi" and the cabbage stir-fry were excellent. Service is efficient and friendly and the place is a unique gem of Sheepshead Bay. We'll be back.

My opinion is 9.7/10. Def some of the best noodles I ever had. I prefer thicker noodles. My friend realized, he didn't so if you don't they might not be for you, but there are other dishes to try like the samsa which he thought was phenomenal. There is a lot a love in the food which I could taste I highly recommend you watch the video from munchies after eating the food so you could really appreciate the food more. I hope you guys enjoyed as much as I did. Check out my in depth video reviews on any of the platforms below. This place has been in Sheepshead Bay for seemingly forever but I never went in because I wasn't familiar with Eastern European/Central Asian foods. I don't remember the dish that I got but it had soup in it. Samsa and Manti are also very good, although I didn't get a chance to take a picture of it. Their noodles are definitely the star so I recommend getting any of the noodles. Would most likely be coming back again.

I have considered this restaurant for months before I finally had time to try the food for pickup. I was greeted by polite staff who provided me with the menu since it was clear that I was undecided. I did in fact select cheburek (4 pieces) and white rice because chebureki is always filling. Once I placed the order and paid a fair price, I was required to wait for 15 minutes before it was ready. When this meal was finally ready, I noticed it was neatly consolidated into one paper bag and sauces were added. The cheburek tasted different though with a savory/veggie taste. I enjoyed it, but their shells were on the softer side in terms of texture. The white rice seemed consistent and mixed quite well with the included sauces which were spicy/sour to which I had already poured SOME onto the chebureki. I would return to this restaurant though because I wanted to try more Dungan cuisine.

Everything here was amazing, from the russian soda (new to me) that smells like licorice but tastes nothing like it - sweet and bubbly. The fruit punch wasn't that good at all so I would get that. Their lamb dishes taste nothing like game which is hard to get lamb to lose that flavor. The staff was friendly, fast, and efficient. The place was quiet, and clean. The prices were decent. Everything here was freshly made and it can't be beat. I would without a doubt return here for this delicious dining experience again. Not sure what the exact name of the dishes were so i might have labeled them wrong but next time I go i'll correct them. This is a must visit.

Wonderful customer service each time we've gone! Food is always fresh and tasty! Drinks are cold and it's such a relaxing atmosphere. All around good local spot.

I went here with some friends a few days ago before we embarked on an excursion to Dyker Heights. It was my first time eating here, and I was beyond impressed with everything. The lamb stew was tasty despite having a lot of bones lol. This establishment is so worth traveling to from a long distance!
