Lakou Cafe is such a gem. The food is packed with bold Haitian flavor and real spice—whether you’re vegan or a meat eater, there’s something here that absolutely hits. I have been to Lakou twice now, and each time, full of great music, food, people, and ambiance! I feel I am both in someone's backyard/Key West. It's a perfect outdoor venue. This is such a beautiful representation of Little Haiti, of Miami, and something we can all benefit from. I HIGHLY recommend and MOST definitely will be back again! Bonus: The service is top tier and all smiles :)
The food here is so phenomenally flavorful, I was super impressed! I had the vegan meatballs and the whole dish plus sides were all differently flavored and spicy the way I like. Lakou smoothie was delicious too. Friendly service as well. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back!
