Every request gets handled with genuine care and attention. The employees display authentic pleasantness. The atmosphere strikes a friendly tone. The plates arrive with substantial portions. You'll be happy with what you get!
Been coming here since they were charging $25 per person. Now it’s up to $32pp before tax and tips, which is still fair for the amount and quality of food IMO. Just be prepared to have your clothes reek of that flavorful hot pot smell after dining here. Luckily, they do give you a choice to throw your jackets in a giant bag to protect it from such odors. The food has been super consistent over the years- which is a testament to their quality I guess. You can also get both the hot pot and bbq option, but I don’t think it’s worth it bc there’s only so much you can eat. If you celebrate your birthday here within a 3 day window of your actual birthday and have a party of at least 4 people, then the birthday person gets to eat for free. Another great perk/feature is the points system if you plan on being a regular here. On slow days, I’ve stayed well past the allotted 2 hour timeframe, and they haven’t kicked us out. It can get super busy on weekends- especially those cold winter nights when everyone and their momma is craving hotpot, so better rsvp!
I visited for the first time and mentioned it to the staff, asking for some guidance on how to order. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the warm or helpful welcome I was hoping for — I expected a bit more initiative from the team to assist first-time guests.
We ordered our food: the broth was completely unsalted, which was disappointing. The meat was okay, and the shrimp were very tasty. Everything else was more or less as expected.
Near the end of the meal, I was told that I could get sauces from a special station — but at that point, it was too late to enjoy them.
When I asked to take the leftovers home, they told me it would cost extra, which felt unreasonable.
Overall, I left feeling quite dissatisfied with the service and experience. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend it for first-time visitors.
Worst place ever. Isles a waiter for a spoon to eat, fork and a knife, he refused to provide me with utensils, forcing me to eat with chopsticks. I’m not Chinese, but we’re in America where all people should be treated with equal respect, I wasn’t at that place.
Living in brooklyin i can say this is the best hot pot
Not bad came for my mom birthday, food is good and service are good.
Electronic menu take a little time to understand and get used to.

This place is amazing. I’ve been going to this place for a very long time and the food is absolutely delicious. They have a lot of options to pick from. The hot pot is spot on. The temperature of the soup is amazing and the food in it cooks fast, I also like when they refill your pot if the is a little out. The bbq is a great option if you are first time trying Korean bbq, I would recommend getting their Cheesy Corn and their special stake. Their sauces are amazing especially the Korean sauce. And when you are done with your food they will bring out a jello type dessert that is delicious and it’s a good cool temperature. A nice refresher for the hot food you had in your mouth.

This is where you go to get your moneys worth for hot pot. Unlimited all you can eat. There’s also barbecue too. Quality is good not the very best. Overall, you will leave with your tummy full. The best part is the dessert. Mango pudding. Staff is quick and friendly, attentive, and efficient. There is a wait on the weekends.. evening time. Parking can be difficult. they have two party rooms with a minimum of $250, I believe? Good experience every time and our go-to hot pot place.
Kid-friendliness: Hi, chairs are available. Not the cleanest so you have to wipe them down. don’t expect the buckles to work

The place is not the same anymore. Bit shocked. Menu selections are smaller. Staff were not attentive as they used to be. Drinks took long time to arrive and I don’t think we even got some of the food we had ordered. Was a disappointment being in the neighborhood so long and couldn’t keep up the good reputation. And pls clean the place, like need a deep clean in every corner. Not mentioning that leaking bathroom 🤢

We used to like this place and came here every year to celebrate family memeber's birthday. During recent visit the food was OK until we saw a roach crawling on the BBQ plate. Bathroom floor was wet around the toilet. Not enough service with rude waitstaff demanding for more tips because we received birthday discount. They overcharged the sales tax based on the original price instead of the discounted price. I do not recommend this place anymore.
