The first thing that shocked me was that they sat me down next to a trash can, and the waiter, without hesitation, simply poured water on the dirty sink and put a bottle covered in dirt on the table. Usually, when we come to such establishments, someone fries something, someone cooks something, and she said that this is the same thing? terrible service. we didn't stay in this establishmentToday I decided to eat at this restaurant with my whole family. Guys u need to get the mango puddingMy biggest regret in life is not eating more of the mango pudding I should’ve eaten enough to make me so full I projectile vomit everywhere it’s the best thing I’ve ever had in my life I need it so bad I still dream about it to this day pls add it to ur Menu pls. Can I just buy it like that pls I need it hahhhhhg pleas I need it so bad PLEAAASEEE

The best hotpot in Brooklyn in my opinion! Food is fresh for the most part, and the broth is very good as well. However, try to make reservations if you can (I don't believe you can make a reservation if it's only a party of 2 but I could be wrong), because the wait can be VERY long. I once walked in around 7pm and was told the wait was 2 hours....not sure if this is everyday though

Gone there for a co-worker's birthday party. We got a reservation and unfortunately, the birthday boy were running late. They didn't complain or rushed up so that was wonderful. There were some items that took a long while before coming out separately from the rest of what we ordered. They also forgot one of my co-worker and my drinks too. We had to notify them and we got it in less than a minute. Overall, people there were friendly and the food did come out fast. Just a little mishap on a few items.
Service is really good. Parking is hard. Lucky if u find a spotOne thing. Meat should be defrosted before grilling. I ordered the tongue. And after grilling it, the meat was so tough.

Came here on a rainy Tuesday evening and most tables were filled, and for good reason. We got the hot pot and the food was delicious and bountiful and the service, especially Mika, who was really attentive and went above and beyond from recommending and creating a sauce blend for me to making sure our hot pot was refilled with hot water and our beverages filled. She also recommended the black sugar rice cake for dessert and it was a nice, subtly sweet, and chewy.
