Nice little coffee place with inside and (limited) outside seating. Service is great, all baristas were friendly and fast. Coffee is good, with things to choose from - nice cold brew, good latte selection, flat whites/cortados. Bagels are tasty and they have good cream cheese. It gets pretty busy on weekend mornings when it is peak kid activity time (line of parents gets pretty long) - but service is fast and wait is not that bad. The inside is nice, not too loud even when crowded....

Born and raised close to the area. Never been here. Feeling very fulfilled after having a phenomenal chai muffin and a cold brew with oat. Servíce was efficient, and to the point, but the FOH are attentive and thoughtful. Love their swag.

The matcha was alright.

For being an expensive speciality drink, would have preferred thicker puréed strawberry syrup. And the matcha was not mixed well. Clumpy. The color was also not the vibrant green you would expect from matcha.
