I was highly disappointed with the options at this location as I'm a long time customer of the store on Montague street. The cupcakes were disgusting and other food items in the fridge had permeated the cake leaving them to taste like sandwiches. Not fresh at all!

I went to this location to pick up a cake for one of my teammates for a promotion she worked so hard for. I remembered her stating this was her favorite place to get cakes and other options. However, when I went there, i found out that this location doesn’t house cakes. However, Melissa went ABOVE AND BEYOND, told me not to worry and asked what kind of cake I wanted. She immediately jumped into action and called the location on Montague and told me in less than 5 mins, “dont worry, I’ll have one delivered here in less than 30 minutes”. Being a Regional Manager for a bank, it was so heartfelt to see Melissa jump into action and own this interaction. Thank you Melissa from my team and I for making this experience a good one. I’ll be sure to inform my team about this experience and the importance of going above and beyond.

I'm glad I found this place because it's perfect. You can make your coffee yourself, iced or hot, and the staff are super friendly and will make your sandwich exactly as you'd like. The food is delicious and clearly well prepared, and their bread is always fresh. The vibes of it are also great, and plays good music. Absolutely adored it and recommend!
