I've tried to give this place multiple chances, but every time I've come here the service is abysmal. Waitresses aren't the kindest, forgetting orders, drinks taking forever, being told we need to move tables after waiting for our food for 3 hours. It's also very loud.

I took 6 of my friends here for my birthday dinner last night, LaZiza did NOT disappoint. We were offered a custom chef dinner, coursed out and fitting with any/all allergies. The food was absolutely delicious, from spreads (just get them all), salads to charcoal mushrooms, prawns, chicken, falafel, roasted chicken and lamb. Of course we also had the baclava and flourless chocolate cake. Everyone was happy and full. The cocktails should not be missed either they were all delicious and unique. The atmosphere was vibrant, especially for a Tuesday, with records playing continuously and the guests dancing in their seats. This place is a gem, go get yours.

Reliable Lebanese spot—Laziza delivers fresh, flavorful Mediterranean classics! Food was excellent: falafel crispy and herby inside, shawarma platter juicy with perfect tahini and garlic sauce, hummus smooth and garlicky, fattoush bright with crunchy pita. Portions huge and everything tasted homemade. Service was friendly and fast—great even during the rush. Atmosphere is casual and cozy—simple decor, warm lighting, neighborhood feel—nothing fancy, but comfortable and inviting for dine-in or takeout.
Drinks were interesting and delicious. Some of the apps and the main chicken dish were nice and interesting flavors. Some were just ok: the sausage and the lamb. The price however, too high for the area and the portions. Manhattan prices.

Went around 7:15pm on a Friday. Amazing food, great vibe, comfortable, and our server was quick and attentive. Highly recommend for a date or getting together with friends!
I came in looking forward to trying this restaurant and enjoying a night out. There was no host at the door, and I stood waiting while staff appeared to be having a meeting in the back. After being ignored for an extended period, I seated myself at the bar.
The DJ and atmosphere were great, and the food itself was excellent. The chef even came by to check in, which only emphasized how strong the kitchen is.
Unfortunately, the service was consistently poor. After my food arrived, I was completely ignored. I was never checked on, never offered the second drink I had already discussed ordering, and never asked if I wanted dessert. I watched other guests, particularly those connected to the DJ, receive attentive service while I sat waiting. When I finally got someone’s attention and asked for menus again, I realized it wasn’t worth continuing to wait and asked for boxes and the check instead.
The lack of service does a real disservice to the chef and the quality of the food. Good food and a fun atmosphere don’t make up for being overlooked as a paying customer.

So the vibes and aesthetics were cool, however the food that was order for my table was undercooked. As soon as I took the first bite my stomach started to feel weird. I had ONE drink the Taly to be exact it was okay but had too much going on, I had at least THREE sips of my drink and within 20 minutes after taking my bite of the lamb I had to urge to vomit. As I got up from my table to walk to the bathroom, unfortunately I did not have enough time to make it to the bathroom and I vomited in the middle of the restaurant with that being said one of the waitresses that was my waitresses I believe it was Lilly I don’t really remember, but she was Caucasian tall redhead with tattoos. Anyways she had the audacity to ask if I was dining at the restaurant with the look of disgust I told her yes, and she walked me to the bathroom. The person I was with met me downstairs in the bathroom area and as we were proceeding to leave. I was informed that the waiter told them that they had to cut me off for the night because they assumed that I was drunk and my friend also mentioned to them I had one drink and I took at most 2 to 3 steps of that one drink in conclusion I will be telling everybody that I know not to come to this restaurant mainly because the food is undercooked also because they lack empathy towards their customers. I didn’t feel any sense of compassion from the staff. Please don’t go there’s way better restaurants in this area
