I didn’t know that I liked lattes til I tried Lazy Suzy’s tumeric latte! I latte a lot! The drink was bright and flavorful, I had it mixed with soy milk. Delicious!

This is my favorite cafe in Bushwick! The cafe is bright and airy and has just a very good vibe. The coffee drinks are superb and interesting. They get it right every time. It is a great place to get some work done alone and also perfect for socializing. I love the HUGE community table in the middle of the cafe but you can sneak off to other areas for more privacy. The owners and the baristas are sweethearts. Last week, I arranged to have a group of photographers gather on the big table early Sunday morning and everyone was super sweet. Thank you Andy and Johnny and the baristas for hosting us.

Lavender matcha tastes like fruity pebbles. There’s seating setup outside for when it’s packed inside but the WiFi connection makes it difficult to work. Go early to get a seat inside if you’re trying to get work done

Some of the staff is very mean and indifferent. They made me a drip coffee that was so hot I can barely hold the cup. A female staff suggested to give another two cups as cushion but the male staff merely shrugged it off, saying it’s already double cupped so it should be good. Excuse me? Why don’t you try holding the cup for two seconds and see it for yourself? Or is your skin so thick you can’t feel the temperature?
Fine, I decided to take the coffee to the side counter to put on the lid and some loose cup sleeves, but it was burning hot, I ended up spilling some coffee on my hands and on the counter. Nobody cared if I had burned. I even wiped the coffee off the counter myself. I will never come to this cafe again.

This place discriminates against pets, we already sat down and tipped them for the coffee which was the worst coffee Ive ever had, and after sitting for already 20 minutes they kicked us out, dont bother coming here they are terrible!!!

So they will allow aggressive dogs that lunge for other dogs, but when you sit down with a dog that’s just minding it’s own business they will come up to you and say “we don’t allow pets” even though we were there for hours yesterday and no one said anything?? It’s fine if my dog is not allowed, just maybe put up a sign and don’t have double standards? Especially if you let someone remain with a dog that is being aggressive and therefore clearly not a service animal..

I honestly really love coming here to work because it's spacious, has tons of seating and outlets and the matcha lattes are pretty decent! The issue is that every single time I come, the barista is so rude and unfriendly and is probably the worst service I've had at any coffee shop. It's so bad that it brings down the rest of the shop's positives by a lot. If I were management, I would make some changes because it's a large reason why I don't come here as much as I would like (I just don't like to start my day with a sour attitude).
