I recently rented Le Boudoir to celebrate a professional accomplishment, and they exceeded my expectations.

One of the primary reasons I chose this venue was the opportunity to work with Nino, who has a rare ability to guide guests toward drinks they will genuinely enjoy—explaining ingredients in a way that feels empowering rather than intimidating or condescending, and always with an unmatched sense of humor. I’m noticeably more confident ordering at any bar because of the conversations I’ve had with them. Throughout the night, guests repeatedly commented on Nino’s skill and presence behind the bar; they engaged guests with ease while keeping up seamlessly with the pace of orders.

The cocktail menu offers a range of options that suit many preferences without sacrificing quality. The Purple Drink was a particular crowd favorite. In addition to the standard offerings, Nino asked my partner—who was helping plan the event—for a list of some of my preferred flavors and created a surprise custom cocktail specifically for the occasion. It was an immensely thoughtful and well-crafted touch that added something personal to the evening.

The atmosphere was another strong point. Guests enjoyed the snacks from the connected restaurant upstairs, and the layout—multiple rooms that support both larger group conversations and smaller, quieter interactions—worked very well for an event of this type. Although the décor is inspired by Marie Antoinette’s private chambers, it’s suitable for a wide range of gatherings. We rented the space on a Sunday night (when there was no burlesque show), and while the venue is somewhat dark at first, the ambiance quickly becomes part of its charm. Several guests also asked about the reservation process for their own future events.

Boudoir was flexible and accommodating throughout the planning process. They provided helpful suggestions and offered several options to tailor the evening to my needs. I will certainly keep the venue in mind for future gatherings.

Great place to host a fun birthday! Loved the decor and the drinks were great. Easy to communicate ahead of time about bringing a larger group.

Only thing is the music was a tad too loud for conversation...plus it was modern DJ bops when I was hoping for more of a speakeasy jazzy vibe.

The drinks were ok except for the root beer float which tasted like medicine. Did not look like the pictures online. Had a laid back vibe which I can appreciate but it was much different than we expected based on the website. The service was abysmal.

Went here on a whim as my friend and I were waiting for the July 4th traffic to die down. Was absolutely pleasantly surprised with how great it was! The atmosphere is wonderfully dark and romantic (perfect for a date), the burlesque performance was fun, and the staff was very nice and helpful. There is plenty of seating. These kinds of places make Brooklyn special. No line wrapping around the block, no pretentious bar staff, and no overzealous bouncers. I hope this place stay around for a very long time.

Great thing going… fix the door in the back behind the bar. It slams and disrupts the atmosphere every time staff enters or exits… every 2-3 minutes 😳😬

No AC on a humid day? Give me a break! We came for cocktails, not a sweat lodge. Get it together, folks — highly unacceptable!

Omg, SUCH a hidden gem!

The staff is super nice and know so much about drinks (they're also all hot af, so be prepared for that, 🥵 lol) they made me something that wasn't on the menu and it was AMAZING! 'The Marchioness' was my fave, tho -- I wish I'd taken a pic!

Food was super yummy -- small plates, though there's also a full restaurant upstairs, apparently.

Super cute/cozy, perfect for date night or a girls night out. Can't wait to come back soon!!

This used to be a good bar. Went yesterday and unfortunately it’s lost all charm. The music was terrible (combination of Japanese anime pop music and bad top 40 tracks), the cocktails were so bad they were un drinkable, and the place altogether looked torn down and unkept (I.e bunch of unlabeled plastic bottles sitting on the bar). Would recommend to management to do a big repair effort, and for folks to avoid in the meantime

We reserved a table for Valentine’s Day. We showed up 5 minutes early. The main room was half empty. The hostess insisted on seating us alone in the back room. She told us the tables in the main room were for parties of 3 or more. Of course it’s Valentine’s Day. When we leave we can clearly see it’s all tables of two. Next my first order is wrong and instead of apologizing she’s like “oh did the bar get it wrong again”. Later a waiter dropped a glass on us. He apologized profusely and said the next round was on the house.

Later asked for the bill and it took more than 10 minutes after asking before the waitress came back with the check. Of course no deduction on their part. We were in a rush so we just paid it.

Have to say I would never come here again or recommend it to anyone.

I watched the hostess attempt to seat multiple people in a weird solo nook where you couldn’t see anything and watched all of them leave.

The burlesque dancer did a great job and the drinks were delicious.

I’ve been here a few times prior and I’m really glad I returned this past Sat btwn Christmas and NYE . The burlesque was incredible and a super talented dancer , hoping to catch more of her upon return. The only issue for me was I was a bit surprised as I was expecting to listen to sexy jazz music in such a beautiful, intimate setting instead there was loud , pumping house music . I’d definitely would return with friends and perhaps in the future my only request is please more jazz !😂😂

We came here for a wedding after party and it was the BEST spot to keep the party going. The music was really fun, space was beautiful, and service was excellent! There was also a nice private space in the back for some of our group to chill. s/o to Gabby for taking great care of our group. Would highly recommend!

This is mostly about vibes. We were there yesterday (Friday night), and the atmosphere was incredibly disappointing. The music was incredibly loud TikTok music which is not what I expected from a speakeasy such as this one. I expected a more chill and intimate experience but instead it was loud club music. You could even hear it when standing outside on the sidewalk. You’re better off going to any other cocktail bar in the neighborhood.

Separately, the cocktails were very delicious.
