Location is small and has limited seating. Bar area was packed and crowded. Drinks were ok. Burlesque show wasn't very good.

Awesome, unique space for a bar. Had a reservation during a burlesque show which was very entertaining, though maybe not worth planning a night around.Cocktails were extremely sweet, way too much for our liking. While the experience was cool, the drinks aren’t much to write home about.

Charming little speakeasy on Atlantic Ave. Went here for a friend's birthday and it was a really nice experience. We sat in the back room thats hidden away and it felt like we were in a cozy little cave. Very cool spot. Drinks were okay, I wasn't particularly impressed. I did not watch the burlesque show, but as others have mentioned, it was pretty short. The one thing that I wished was different is that the music is very loud and it's hard to have group conversations. This is definitely a place that I would consider in the future for a date night, but not sure that I'd go back with a group.

I love the speakeasy but the show is terrible. I'd like to see actual Marie Antoinette acts during burlesque night! If I'm gonna pay a cover and for drinks I rather not see just one girl for 2 mins.

Only went to the bar here but can’t stop thinking about it, hence the review weeks later. Shame to admit, but had a few different spirited cocktails all concocted by Victor and T. I am very critical of cocktails, particularly in this area (ahem, Clover Club is not what it’s yoked up to be). You will get a top notch cocktail and welcome here. Only reason I haven’t gone back is dry January. Looking forward to February.

I think if you went here just with the intention of getting drinks it would be a cool spot. However when you pay a cover thinking you’re attending an actual show and it’s just one dancer doing one song it’s hard to not be disappointed. The drinks weren’t great which added to the frustration, and I’m pretty sure they played an entire ABBA album which did not fit the vibe I was expecting at all. To each their own, but it was a miss for me.

Came here from Manhattan on a Saturday night, they closed an hour and a half earlier than advertised time and said last call already happened (2 AM vs 12:30).

The drinks look very promising in the menu. I waited for my drink for 10 minutes just to learn that they don’t have it and I had to pick something else - it was not really satisfying. Didn’t stay for the show

Very cute basement bar in Brooklyn Heights! We stumbled upon this for a 11:30 pm burlesque show on a Friday night. I really liked the space (a bit cramped, but good for intimate dancing) and the velvet benches; the service was a bit slow to get our drinks, but once we got our cocktails I thought they were all fantastic. Get yourself the Amadeus please - it's one of the best drinks I've had in NYC (Aquavit, Purple Corn Tea, and Pisco make up its base). The burlesque show was fun as the dancer was quite talented and the crowd enjoyed it; note it was less than 8 min I would say, so it's on the shorter end with only 1 performer. After that, there's a DJ who I thought was on the worse end I'd say, so we left shortly after dancing for a bit, but in terms of drink and space to talk, this place is solid.

- enter through chez moi- the host will lead you behind a bookshelf down stairs, into the den- was empty on a rainy Friday night at 8pm- crowd started picking up around nine- there's a burlesque show on Friday and Saturday nights, 930 and 1130- free wifi- good service- good background music good for conversations- good drinks- alright fries not many options in the food department, eat before you go, or plan to eat after- I like the dark environment

There was a reservation mix-up but the person I emailed with to make the reservation (Sam) more than made up for it. They were so accommodating and went above and beyond to fit my party of 9. They gave us a round of drinks on the house for the misunderstanding, let us in downstairs early, and treated us so well. Comrade and Dan were our servers and were amazing! Thank you so much for the wonderful service and hospitality. Awesome experience and atmosphere.

What an incredible experience. The setting gives a sexy Victorian vybez. The mixologist was on point with his drinks and the entertainment was spectacular. Prefect for a girls night out, birthday celebration or even just a date night. Reserve and enjoy.

I had the same experience as many others in the comments. The burlesque show is great but its one really good dancer for 5 minutes. We were left disappointed, waited a 20-30 minutes in case another performance was coming that never came. The venue is cool and has that speakeasy vibe but the overselling of the show coupled with mid drinks overshadowed it.

Bring cash for the Burlesque shows at 9:30pm and 11:30pm that last about 10 minutes each
