Just paid $60.00 Uber Eats for Legume, Stew Chicken, and 2 orders of Black Rice. Everything is burnt! Can’t even taste the food flavor if it has any because of the strong burnt taste in everything. What type of business gives burnt food to their customers. Never again!!! Legume so bitter. Tiny burnt pieces mixed in. The meat in the Legume burnt. The chicken in the stew chicken burnt! The black rice burnt. Terrible experience. Everything just taste burnt. What type of place is this!! Wow!
I was deceived by the dishonest reviews. Hands down worse Haitian food I ever had in my life. It’s so bad to throw food out, but we couldn’t deal with this. Please do better for customers who are spending hard earn money to support your business!

My girl talks so much about Haitian Food and how good it is, but after receiving this food today. She can no longer say Haitian Food is better than Jamaican Food. This food was burnt so badly that everything taste burnt. I’m glad she wasted her own money on this and not mine. My only wish for her is that she never ever gets me food from here ever again.

Went there on a Friday night with my boyfriend, the lady from the kitchen was very pleasant and patient with us. The food was good, I've been to other haitian restaurants, so far Le Gouter Kitchen is my favorite. The decorum needs some work but the restaurant is located right on Nostrand Ave which is a good thing.

It was full of grease and the chicken did not taste that good. I couldn’t even finish it and it was 9 dollars. Was not worth it at all.
I was driving down Nostrand around lunch time and stopped in to this small place to grab something simple. as soon as i walked in i was kindly greeted which you dont get everywhere these days. they were kind and so helpful with choosing my lunch. i was sold on the Griot which is a tradition dish in Haiti. I thought it couldnt be as good as they hyped it up to be but it was. So much flavor and taste. i will definitely try something new but if not ill be having the Griot again. very friendly people and great food.
