Le Gouter kitchen is a pleasant place for authentic haitian food. I visit here quite frequently because the food is do fresh and delicious....I highly recommend you try everything the service is phenomenal. Again I highly recommend it's one of my favorite
Went there on a Friday night with my boyfriend, the lady from the kitchen was very pleasant and patient with us. The food was good, I've been to other haitian restaurants, so far Le Gouter Kitchen is my favorite. The decorum needs some work but the restaurant is located right on Nostrand Ave which is a good thing.
I was driving down Nostrand around lunch time and stopped in to this small place to grab something simple. as soon as i walked in i was kindly greeted which you dont get everywhere these days. they were kind and so helpful with choosing my lunch. i was sold on the Griot which is a tradition dish in Haiti. I thought it couldnt be as good as they hyped it up to be but it was. So much flavor and taste. i will definitely try something new but if not ill be having the Griot again....
