Got a margarita Sicilian slice. It was quite subpar. It was definitely microwaved, how do i know? Because it was hot on the outside of it and cold in the middle. The bottom of the slice was soggy as well. DO NOT GO THERE FOR A GOOD SLICE. Go to a real pizzeria instead.

Ordered the eggplant parm with spaghetti. One of my companions ordered chicken parm with baguette. His came with salad, mine not. When I asked the server about salad for my dish he respectfully told me it didn’t come that way. But why not? The menu offers parm, eggplant, chicken or meatballs with either spaghetti or baguette. Nothing about salad.
Food was nothing special and for the cost of a green salad, the server should have offered me one. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

Lea should be called FEA, because they have turned the entire corner of the block into an ugly garbage dump. It's disgusting. They pile their trash outside of the garage (near where they back al the desserts, yum!) There are rats everywhere because of the trash they leave out. They also have stuff piled on the roof of their garage, and stuff is blowing everywhere with the wind. I have to pass this everyday, and everyday it seems to get worse.

This used to be a fun place to visit and a great atmosphere, but it has gone to the dumps, including the quality of their food.

Avoid this place. If you want good pizza in the neighborhood go to San Remo or Wheated.

We ordered from Lea with Uber Eat. The pizzas were delivered ice cold, like it's been outside winter overnight. The pepperoni pizza had eight small, nickel size pepperonis and very little cheese. I called Lea, on Cortelyou in Brooklyn, to let them know that the pizzas arrived ice cold and the guy who answered the phone said " so what do you want me to do?" HE SAID IT WITH AN ATTITUDE! I said " you should've apologize" Bad pizzas, bad customer service!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed dinner at Lea's. I would eat here again. We would also order for pickup/delivery in the future.
We got a Wood-Fired Margherita Pizza to take home after our early New Years Eve dinner; It reheated beautifully after the New Year ball drop.

This used to be my favorite local spot when I lived in the area, but my recent visit was surprising. What was once a cozy sit-down dining experience has transitioned into a fast-casual setup, likely due to the pandemic. The only dining area is now a sidewalk structure, which has lost much of the original charm. That said, the food is still excellent—no complaints there. Just be prepared for a different atmosphere.

Used to come here all the time, but service has recently been horrible. Came to drink wine and eventually eat, but they served me wine, then didn't come to check on tables outside for 40 minutes so I decided to leave and spend my money elsewhere for food.

The pizza slices we ordered were delivered to us cold and on paper plates, though we were dining in. The broccoli rabe was unsatisfying, lacking that seasoned sautéed in garlic essence. And the music they were playing was too loud. Also, the whole time we sat there, they hadn’t bothered to clean any of the other tables that had left, which was a bit of an eyesore. Maybe I expect too much, but since they are a pizza place, let’s at least start with warm pizza!!

I wanted a chicken tinga burrito but the chicken tinga was not ready yet. We were there at 2pm.
My friend and I both ordered the meatball sandwich. It arrived cold. I put my hand on it and it was cold. Our waiter came over and I asked if the sandwich was supposed to be cold. He said “that’s how we serve it, we can’t heat it up because that bread burns very easily.” So we ate our cold meatball sandwiches. ?

I love Lea! Surprised the rating isn’t higher. The NY style pizza is sooo good. Great for brunch, delivery, stopping by for a slice etc.

I really don’t have anything nice to say. I live a ten minute walk from the restaurant. The delivery took for-ever. And the food was stone cold.

The food wasn’t even good. The pasta was bland. The salad was unremarkable. The pizza, even after reheating, had no flavor. It barely had toppings - there were large swaths with nothing but unseasoned tomato sauce in crust.

When you see a locally owned pizza and cocktail spot in your neighborhood, you’re rooting for it to be good.
I’ve eaten here three times, the pizza is meh - bad. The crust is nice, but everything else is bland or too sweet.
Avoid the house wine at all costs, paying $9 for the worst wine I’ve ever had was the dealbreaker for me. You also can’t send anything back.
The only saving grace of this place is the music and outdoor seating, so the only time to go is on a Thursday in the summer.
