The staff lacked engagement. So for new people, who don't know what to order and are lost it can be a bit intimidating. A more welcoming and helpful approach would significantly improve the overall experience.
Food is always good but my concerns are with the bathroom. The bathroom is ALWAYS ? nasty (smelly, no soap, dirty floors). Food establishments with dirty restrooms scare me. please ?? do better.
This is the best pizzeria in New York! I have been going here for 20 years and will never stop. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming I have never had a bad experience here. The pizza is mouth watering but the star of the show my absolutely favorite thing on the menu is the rice balls!! Everytime I try them somewhere I'm always disappointed. I order for delivery when I cant make it there in person and I just love this place!! Everything I try on the menu is always good...
