Bagels taste like they aren’t made on site. Go to Apollo instead and are ten times better!

Literally, the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had! No inside seating. The two college kids behind the counter were friendly and the food came out quick. This place is a “must go”!

Absolutely love this bagel! Fresh, soft on the inside, perfectly toasted on the outside just the way a bagel should be

Very good bagels but a bit overpriced like every bagel place in nyc.
I ordered everything bagel and lox cream cheese for $7 because adding lox would have been way too expensive so the cream cheese is a good alternative and the taste is quite strong.
Service was very good.
There are a few sits in front of the shop but no interior sitting available.

Nice place, great service, I bought the egg and bacon bagel and it was really bad, the bagel was dry..
I threw the bagel in the trash after a few bites.
Overall, another overrated new york place.

If Apollo Bagels is a rocket ship, Leon’s Bagels is a three year old on a tricycle. Now while both modes of transport provides a means to getting from A to B. They do so in radically different styles.
Leon’s bagels has smart branding, and merch that any transplant would be itching to get their hands on. Hell they almost convinced me at the register to get a hat without me even had tried the bagel! Now that’s good design imo. But for me, that is kinda where the excitement ends. I had read hundreds of reviews about their BEC and seen dozens of pictures of the infamous cheese pull. So I owed it to Leon’s to try it.
My first qualm with the BEC is that it is with Cheddar Cheese and that’s the only option. The bagel comes with an almost excessive amount of egg and cheese to bacon ratio. I love cheese, but when melted, cheddar has a tendency to release all of its oils and creates a gritty texture. Making it a greasy mess to eat and leaving you feeling like you just ate something fried. I knew I made a mistake not just trying their cream cheese bagel, but gluttony got the better of me.
Overall, if I’m going to Williamsburg and waiting in line to get a bagel, I’m going to Apollo until it gets dethroned. But that hasn’t seemed to happen yet.

I love Leon’s so much. Best bacon/sausage, egg & cheese in New York City. High quality, fresh ingredients and great service every time. Also their branding is impeccable so cheers to the marketing team. Love ya’ll ♥️♥️

got their lao gan ma chili crisp BEC and their nova lox sandwich! both amazing. Also leon’s branding is so cute. Sat outside and enjoyed the sun + bagels :)

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Leon’s deserves it. Their everything bagel with bacon, egg, cheese, and chili crisp might actually be the best breakfast I’ve ever had in New York. The bagel was perfectly chewy, the toppings were spot on, and the whole vibe of the place just feels cool without trying too hard. Friendly staff, quick service, and food that makes you want to come back the next morning (and maybe the morning after that).

Save yourself the time and money and go to any other bagel spot. This place is overpriced and they screw up your order just about every time (given them stupidly three chances).
Without a doubt they will mess up your cream cheese and always skimp on bacon/sausage in their breakfast sandwiches. They really should say they only offer egg and cheese bc the amount of meat in those breakfast sandwiches is laughable.
Sucks that this neighborhood spot has such bad food quality.

A casual stand it excellent bagels. On a lovely day lines are long but the two guys beyond the desk could not be more wonderful, kind, considerate and good humored.
