First time here, and I loved it! The smoked salmon bagel was the best I’ve ever had. I also tried a plain bagel with cream cheese, and it was great. The latte was good too. Nice little spot to sit and eat. I’ll definitely be back!

This is not a good bagel. I’m sorry, it’s a lovely place, and you should definitely get breakfast here for the vibe and if you toast your bagel / bagel sandwich because then it doesn’t matter.

ai assistant on the phone 👎

edit: my response to the below. it was late in the day and i called to ask if there were still bagels available. there is no upfront mention that the help on the phone is an ai. i asked if there were bagels and the ai said that there there were. i realized from the intonation of the voice that it was an AI. i asked to clarify if it knew that there were bagels or just hallucinating this possible misinformation (all the other bagel shops nearby were out of bagels) and it just repeated that there were bagels. i asked to speak with a human and the most horrible and frustrating conversation ensued. it was snarky and annoying. i would much rather no misinformation spewing snarky robot on the phone than this horrible thing. if it were clearly disclaimed or trained to state that it is an ai and hang up or say it cant help when asked for a human that would be a million times better than this thing. i would strongly encourage you to reconsider having this thing on the phone. it was a terrible experience for me and as it stands i no longer want to patronize this establishment.

I’ve been here probably 10 times thinking the next time would be better and it never is. The woman at the front is always miserable and it doesn’t seem like there’s any communication happening between the front and back. There are plenty of other places I can go if I want to spend upwards of $20 for a bagel in Williamsburg.

I was clearly in line, next to order, and they still took another guy’s order before mine like I didn’t exist. No apology, nothing—just rude and careless. The service is a mess and the bagels aren’t even worth it. Save your money and go somewhere else—there are plenty of great bagel spots around that actually value their customers.

these bagels are certainly overpriced but damn are they delicious. if you’re going to pay >$10 for a bagel this is where you belong.

they’re also huge. and they have gluten free bagels that aren’t half bad

Very delicious bagels!

Mediocre bagel. Check out more traditional NYC bagels instead - this place is just instagram hype.

Bagels taste like they aren’t made on site. Go to Apollo instead and are ten times better!

Literally, the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had! No inside seating. The two college kids behind the counter were friendly and the food came out quick. This place is a “must go”!
