Levain Bakery – Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Shoutout to the Rittenhouse location. We are at Chop with our 4 year old son who just had surgery. I figured after the day we had let’s have some cookies. I placed an order from Levain on door dash. My wife after the long day she had put in the wrong address on the door dash order and the driver called screaming at me and wouldn’t come 1.3 miles to bring them even after explaining the circumstances. Door dash refunded my whole order without me even asking and I called Levain and they went above and beyond. They gave us cookies on the house and even threw in an extra chocolate chip and delivered them to CHOP. Not only are the cookies fabulous the hospitality is second to none. I am a lifelong customer to this location and want to thank everyone at the Rittenhouse location especially Mat who went above and beyond. Thanks again!

Amazing cookies! Tried last spring when we were in NYC. My family talks about them all the time so I just surprised them and had some shipped to us. 20 seconds in the microwave and it’s like they’re fresh from the oven.

Their customer service is AMAZING! (and of course so are the cookies!) We placed a large order for our company holiday gifts and the shipping company (not Levain) had a delay. Levain immediately jumped into action to get these cookies to us by Christmas Eve even though it wasn't their fault. Everything came in hot and fresh, and I'm sure this was one of the busiest days of the year for them. So grateful to Avra, Dakota and their teams for their quick action. Would recommend them 100x over, especially for gift orders!

Ordered 70 cookies for my wedding. Half were drya and disappointing. Wasn't isolated to one flavor. They also refused to include the free tote. They've become so cheap and not customer focused.

I was Picking up an order for my sister-they didn’t give it to me without showing them a confirmation email so I had to wait for my sister to send it to me. Meanwhile another couple walk in, give their name, get their cookies and they didn’t ask them for any sort of confirmation. This is absolutely biased service.

Vee and Teagan were amazing! Such an awesome atmosphere, everyone is so chill and such good vibes. Vee let me know that this peppermint double chocolate cookie was seasonal so I had to get it and it was bomb with a cafecito con leche 🤘🏽✨ will definitely be back. Also the music is lit here lol

This Levain location is so quaint, open and clean! They have coffee also!! In and out quickly snd in a bustling section of Williamsburg. Love Levain Cookies at every location. They’re always a great chocolate chip cookie fix 😋

The original is amazing of course! Dark chocolate peppermint. YUM! My favorite was the dark chocolate peanut butter. Worth a taste for sure.

I guess it tastes better when it's warm... It's too hard and too sweet for my taste. Personally, the crumble cookie chocolate chip cookie was more moist and delicious.
