Levain Bakery – Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Staff on point and give good energy 🫶🏼

A must-stop in Williamsburg if you are yet to taste their cookies ! Service was fairly standard, directly at the counter. The cookies did not disappoint - especially the melted chocolate on the inside.
Limited seating space, with a few high stools along the walls. And I did feel the vibe felt a bit less warm and inviting compared to the Levain near Union Square.

There’s literally no wait here as compact to the Manhattan outlet. The original chocolate chip walnut cookie was served cool - it’s super chocolatey, the walnut taste is actually covered by the chocolate taste. The outside is crispy and the inside is dense and moist, every bite would have some form of chocolate. But it’s just too much for me.

In all seriousness, I’ve been wanting to try out these cookies for YEARS and by the grace of God I was fortunate enough to make a trip out to New York and the hotel was just blocks away!

I pretty much got one of every cookie and scarfed them all down before I went on a pizza tour. So , I needed a wheelbarrow literally but the end of the night ! 😂😂

Cookies all were at or above an 8.8

Not one disappointing cookie!

I almost never want to eat any other cookie ever if it's not one of Levain's. I cannot imagine than anyone or any place can make a cookie with a better texture, better ingredients, or better taste.

Sheila was so kind and welcoming. She gave me recommendation based on my preference, and it was yummm!!!
I got dark choco chip cookies and it was a perfection if you're after for something that is not too sweet. Will definitely come back again to try another flavors.

The bakery is clean, small, and no long lines. The cashier was so friendly and polite (sorry I didn’t get their name). I got the Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookie (long name I know)! It smells and looks so good! I can’t wait to eat it with my coffee tonight.

We went because of all of the hype around it. Unfortunately it missed the mark. We got both the two chocolate chip cookie and the chocolate chip walnut cookie. They are served cold. They look very pretty, but honestly taste very average for the price point. Was hoping to be wowed by this place, but it fell short.

Yummy, delicious, flavorful cookies, and friendly staff. We stood in line outside as they were super busy, but so worth it!
