The service at Levant on Smith was top notch. I only wish the food had been. It was fine but nothing was so tasty that I would go back for more. Even the hot water for my tea was lukewarm. Again, the servers were super and even inquired if we didn't enjoy the meal because we left so much. The food just wasn't that great.
The interior is warm. Was decorated for the holiday. All 3 of us had the pre-fixe menu. Food is delicious. Service is attentive.
What a delightful Christmas/celebration brunch! Very grateful for the delicious food and ambiance.
We met a friend from out of town and had a wonderful experience. Server was exceptional as was the food. I would highly recommend.
Fantastic place. They were so nice and thorough. And really great ambience. Had 15 people over there for dinner and it was a very good choice.

The place was quiet. It was a rainy mid-week night - perfect for the occasion and conversation. The waiter was attentive without being intrusive. the food was delicious. I shall return.
My new favorite dish at Levant is the pappardelle beef ragout. Savory, filling and delicious. A perfect meal on a cold autumn night
My waiter was excellent — welcoming, friendly, and attentive.

The menu sounded fantastic so we were so excited to dine here. Unfortunately the food and cocktails were incredibly disappointing particularly for the price point. The ingredients for every dish tasted stale. The appetizers tasted as though they were defrosted supermarket frozen food. The shrimp in particular - I’ve had better shrimp from Trader Joe’s. My duck confit was done so badly (had this dish many times in France). Service was good though. So was the atmosphere. Our bill came to just over $150 per person and I did not think the food warranted this at all which is a shame.

My first time at Levant was perfect for catching up with friends from Norway not seen for 14 years. Good food, drink and a quiet atmosphere.
The atmosphere and service were good. But the food, drink, etc just across the board was all so bland and boring. Not bad per se. But nothing that stood out. Crispy goat cheese, croquettes, beef stew, pumpkin soup, steak frites we tried a lot but nobody was impressed. It ended with a sad flavorless almond cake. I’m a meh cook but my NYT Cooking app almond cake attempt beat this. Too bad!

I had a wonderful dinner at Levant! Every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The cocktails were fantastic as well. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the service was fast and attentive. You can really feel the warmth and hospitality here — I’ll definitely be coming back!
