Thou their english isnt that good, but they r friendly and their foods taste good. The inside atmosphere also looks cool, despite the loud music/religious sermons playing all the time.

Their shawarma is the only place in NYC that reminds me of back home. It is so authentic and highly recommend especially if you never tried shawarma. 10/10.

I ordered beef shawarma wraps and a beef shawarma plate. The beef was dehydrated and very chewy, my jaw hurts after eating it. Also tastes burnt. Not what I expected but I hope they improve the dish.

This is the first time I've seen Shawema like this, I bought two, both were salted and overcooked, I took a bite and threw them in the trash.

Meat is burnt, the fish was not fresh and overcooked. Dishes came with rice instead of French fries. Wouldn’t recommend this place

Had the chicken shawarma plate. Rice was overcooked and mushy. The Israeli salad was fresh but no flavor. The chicken was dry and had no flavor. Where is the seasoning?! Very disappointed.
