Level Restaurant & Bar

This was the best restaurant I've been in NYC. From the sitting to the ambience and the food, drinks down to the exquisite atmosphere. It was fantastic! The drinks came out in no time and they were too good. The servers were fantastic and down to help us however they could.

This place is beautiful the food is delicious and it doesn't cease to always makes sure to meet expectations. It is a fun, classy, beautiful restaurant. I would highly recommend visiting!

I had a very disturbing experience in the restroom. I witnessed clearly inappropriate activity taking place, and when I alerted the bathroom attendant, he told me to “mind my business” instead of addressing it. It appeared that he accepted money from the individuals involved, which made the situation even more concerning. Management should investigate this immediately — guests should never have to experience something like that.

I had a terrible experience because of the bathroom attendant. He was rude and clearly involved in shady behavior — taking cash from people doing things they shouldn’t be doing in the restroom. This place needs better oversight and management if they want to be taken seriously.

I came here hoping to have a nice night out, but unfortunately the security staff completely ruined the experience. The security guy was rude and disrespectful for no reason. Management should really pay attention to how their staff treats guests — respect goes a long way.

Very disappointed with my experience at this lounge. The staff were rude and completely unprofessional. I came expecting to have a nice time, but the way they spoke and treated guests was unacceptable. There are plenty of other places that value their customers — I won’t be coming back.

The security guard is involved in illegal activity inside the bathroom. Be careful if you go to this place, I even saw the security taking money in the bathroom.

The manager and security are extremely rude. If I were the owner, I would seriously pay attention to how they are running the business.

I’ve been to this place twice, and both times were disappointing. The prices are overpriced, the décor staff is rude, and even the waitress was rude. When we asked for the manager, he came over and was also rude to my friend instead of resolving the issue.

The way the staff treats customers here is terrible. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ll never come back again.

Hi Level Owner,

I want to share my recent experience at your restaurant. The place itself is beautiful and has great potential as a hangout spot. However, during my visit today, I went to the bathroom and heard inappropriate activity happening inside. It appeared that the security guard (an African American gentleman) was taking money from people to allow this behavior.

This left me feeling very uncomfortable and embarrassed. It was extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable in a public restaurant. Because of this, I cannot recommend your establishment to others.

I will start off with the good. The ambiance, decor, very beautiful. They put a lot of thought into it. But sadly that’s where it ends. I am sadly disappointed by my experience. I booked through Resy global dining access member, smooth check in at the front upon arrival. The waiter, oh the waiter. Imagine having to flag down your waiter to take your order, idk about you but that’s one of my biggest pet peeves especially when he passed by our table several times no exaggeration. Now to the food, bland!! Or overly salty, like how is salmon bland?? Portions, insanely small for the price you pay, even the sides are small. Bill, instant charges you for using a card? Excuse but how is that even legal? Last time I checked it’s not! Lastly, the exit. The security put the nail in the coffin. There was no signage stating please give valet outside ticket to retrieve car. So as a person with a functioning brain I politely asked the big ogre lap dog who should I give the ticket to. This man gave the most condescending, vile response as though I was disturbing him at his home. I just walked off as he was speaking.
All in all the vibe I got was black/brown you get treated like trash. I particularly don’t like spending my money with people who don’t see me as equal. Level can pay me in dust because they will never get my business again.
