Obsessed with this place! Got the cutest nails here done by Rosa - she’s amazing, has such great attention to detail and is just super nice :) their prices are actually pretty standard for the area for a gel manicure, and the ones I’ve had last easily 2-3+ weeks! And the space itself is beautiful - very clean and I love that they use non-toxic gel so it really doesn’t smell like your typical nail salon. Oh and also they have a cafe - so you can get a drink (coffee/tea/wine!) while you get your nails done. AND they have a weekday discount. Seriously 10/10! 💕

Just had my very first manicure and I have to give a massive shoutout to Rosa. As a guy walking into this for the first time, I didn’t know what to expect, but Rosa made the whole comfortable, and honestly, way more enjoyable than I imagined.

Becca was the barista and front person when I came in and she was SO sweet and warm! She made me feel right at home and made me the best matcha I’ve ever had. I typically get strawberry matcha when I can and the one she made me exceeded any other one where now I can only get it from here!!! I will definitely be returning again and again!! BEWARE-. I’ve been a loyal customer (even had my whole wedding party come here) for YEARS. Recently I had a terrible experience, wherein my gel manicure barely lasted a week. I let them know and got no response (despite their promise). I now understand why all my friends in the area go elsewhere and why no one is ever there. Also their nail art is horrendous.
This place is INSANELY good. I get the ~regular~ polish and it lasts almost a ~month~ without chipping. I took this photo of a regular polish manicure a full 7 days after I got it done. No chipping, no lifting, no peeling. I don’t know how else to explain it other than witchcraft.
My sister comes up from DC to get her gel manicures here and they last ~months~. Plural. She only takes them off when she gets bored of the color - again, no chipping, no lifting, no peeling, I don’t understand this beautiful sorcery.
Might have to do with the fact that this place is waterless (more clean). Or maybe it’s the high level of skill and perfection of the techs or quality of the polish. My sis and I honestly don’t know, we just know that they’re GOOD.
Anyway, I love this place. Been coming here since around 2021. When I go, I like to treat myself with a lemonade or latte, too :)

I got a manicure here. The gel polish started to chip and peel off within a couple hours of leaving the salon, I actually didn't even make it home before the polish chipped. I felt that the staff (not the manicurist–she was lovely) was particularly unfriendly. For example, drinks were offered to other (white) women but not me (not white). Not the best experience, would definitely not go back.

I am so glad that I found Lili and Cata - through many, many happy reviews. After several disappointing experiences with other salons, I have had four visits with L&C and have been so happy each time - and have never had the same person twice, so that is quite a compliment to the staff! I am only sorry I missed the outdoor terrace space this summer, but I will be back.
