Had a tab open at LilliStar. They charged my credit card for an extra 100. When I called, the manager was unavailable and did not receive a call back. They removed the lesser charge but kept the 100 on my card. Basically they rob you when you open a tab

Great views, very bad customer service. They were out of every drink on the menu by 11pm. Bartender made my custom drink wrong (which had two ingredients) the first time and told me I'd have to tip him extra to get it remade. The comedy.

Super cute spot with nice views! And amazing music! Just odd that the crowd was dismissed and told to leave at 12:30 and they close at 1am. We were told by security that we weren’t buying enough drinks, which didn’t seem like their role. There’s definitely other spots in the area that won’t treat people like that.

PSA / WARNING - all the drinks already include a 20% tip to them. I was shocked when I saw the price of a drink (even for NY standards) and noticed the receipt was not itemized so I asked for an itemized receipt and saw the tip as a line item already. Don't tip on top of your bill!!

If a bouncer asks for a cover charge say NOoooo!!! The bouncer cheated us and asked for a cover charge when there was none. Beware!

The view is amazing, can see the bridge and one world trade. When I went they had a DJ event so the music was good that day. The downside: it’s pricey and the service wasn’t great. If you’re visiting NYC or just in the area, this is a good place to grab a cocktail and take in the sunset before continuing your night.

Bought tickets to an event here paid $36 this place was extremely packed no room to get to the bar or outside rooftop. Drinks were expensive. Didn’t even stay 30 minutes I had to leave. They should also have a max limit. One way in and one way out on a rooftop is extremely dangerous!

Some of the worst service we've ever had - we're hotel guests, and had issues getting to the bar from the guest elevator/had to use the blocked service elevator. Then, once we magically arrived, 90 mins before closing, they looked to be already cleaning up and wouldn't look at us, wouldn't seat us, and we had to go ask for menus at the bar. Then they said they couldn't take our order there because we were sitting at a table. It took a server 20 minutes to come over to us, during ordering she blatantly rolled her eyes several times, and when I asked about a deal for the bar I'd read about online, she laughed at me and said "I'm not sure where that came from," rolled her eyes again, and was visibly annoyed when we asked for water. The bar was also out of all white wines besides one gross Chardonnay and the waitress was impatient with us while we chose our alternative drinks (there were only two other tables of seated guests - it's not as if they were packed and she had other things to be doing). It's not nice when you pay a premium for a hotel and then are treated like a total burden by the staff. Will never come here again.
