Vegan rugelach. Period. Nothing else needs to be said. I find it in my local Whole Foods in NJ and buy it every time I go shopping. A dear friend of mine was an old school Italian baker and he owned an old school Italian bakery here in NJ and these regelach are the best pastries I have tasted since he was still alive and baking.This stuff is the real deal.

We are currently carrying several of their baked goods for Passover that are gluten free. As someone who works in the bakery at Fresh Market and has Celiacs, I can not recommend the products enough to those with gluten allergies like myself and my customers! The texture of the 7 Layer Cake for me is identical to yellow cake and I appreciate the size being like that of our bar cakes we sell within our cases. I grew up in East New York surrounded by delicious baked goods and the unforgettable black/white cookie.
