Terrible service at this location. So many times we call to place order and the cashier will get it wrong! She doesn't apologize and will make you wait while still giving you attitude! Do not come to this location on 14th ave, go elsewhere!!!!

The items tehre are mostl good but if you go there around 2pm or after there is always no pastry or bread left. They do close at 5:30 ish.. so to have nothing at 2pm all the time is riduculous.

Not umpressed at all. For how big this place is, the food is poor and service is bad. Even for a Chinese bakery, the service could have been better. They sounded annoyed I didn't know exactly what I wanted as I was trying to explain to them. The cold drink I got was tepid.

Their famous buns aren't even that good.. there are better bakeries but good for them being one of the only few around the area.. although I may trek put a bit further to gwr someplace else

The cashier has a bad attitude

I always buy bread from this store, and the bread is really delicious. The service of the cashier and helping to get the bread was good. I encountered this person with a very bad attitude until today. I went to buy bread around 2:40 just now and wanted to get some change because I didn’t want to use 100 yuan notes. I told the cashier that it was a dime and I counted it to her. , She said she could only accept ten coins, and said it was stipulated by the boss. I really don’t understand what a cashier is trying to do. I can understand if the queue is long. There is only one customer at the back. I also said that I can let the people behind me do the counting first. I just want to use the two-dollar dime and they are not allowed to use it? Really speechless. Don't let me drag you to death with your attitude.

I was going to give 5 stars until the dishonesty. BE CAREFUL IN PAYING. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. I used my credit card and sign the receipt right away since I was in a rush. My mistake. Luckily bank messaged me the amount. I was charged $58 for 3 boxes of egg tarts and 4 sesame balls for $38.50. Went back and told the staffs and they spoke to each other in their native language. Ignored me for a bit. Took me a while to get my money back. And they were never sorry. ?

Terrible service, we just ordered and sat down to eat, as we were exposed. They said they were closing. This is a very disrespectful treatment of visitors. In all normal cafes/pastry shops, they wait until the visitor finishes his meal. It's called respect. We were kicked outside with drinks and desserts.
