Best pastries in Bushwick! Love the variety there too. Both their sweet and savory bakes are to die for—I always get the jambon fromage sandwich ?

I haven’t been in the actual bakery but purchase their bread every week through the Co-op. Really excellent bread that is a staple of our home.

Combination of vegan and non vegan pastries and savory items. The vegan pain au chocolat was satisfying but a little greasy on the top. The vegan quiche was decent.

Bravo and 2 hour standing ovation to the baguette makers of L'imprimerie! This bread deserves its own zipcode and if it ran for president I would try to vote for it twice! Absolutely scandalous because I lived in Paris for 5 years yet never once had a baguette that comes anywhere close to the crunchy perfection of this bread! ? Level unlocked!

L'Imprimerie is so dear to my heart. I've lived in Bushwick for over 7 years, and this bakery has been there to support my appetite and caffeine addiction every step of the way. Having spent some time living in Paris, there is no place in New York City I've been to that comes as close to the authenticity and quality of French bakeries. What's more, they offer so many wonderful vegan options, allowing me to enjoy all of the things I loved that have dairy which I no longer consume. On top of it all, they are very queer friendly, the staff are always kind and helpful, and the coffee is a lot better than most of the other options in the area. The backyard is lovely as well. My only suggestion for improvement is stronger WiFi, because it is really very unreliable, and as much as I want to do my work there, the internet strength won't support it. If it were better, it would be my go-to remote work spot without a doubt. Regardless, this place is top-notch. A huge thank you to the l'Imprimerie staff for making such delicious food and keeping alive this gem of an institution amidst the grime and rats and pollution of this weird little neighborhood I've decided to call home.

I was looking for a French patisserie or shop and was happy to find one via google within my area.. It's hidden and can be missed when trying to locate but if you take your time and look closely you won't miss it. Food: 4/5 I was delighted to have gotten a mini baguette which was delicious with every bite. Service: Staff was very pleasant with a warm welcome. So helpful and they were thrilled to have me back as soon as possible. I was delighted to have gotten a mini baguette which was delicious with every bite. Ambiance: Very nice environment. Basic cafe set up. Spacious very traditional cafe set up , kinda gave off a vintage vibe , chill environment. Def will be back to get another mini baguette. They have tons of vegan options which I was happy about because I'm partially vegetarian and don't eat a lot of things. Do try there baguettes out! You'll be happy you did.
There are many amazing things about this place, but one of the most underrated things is that they use Ithaca/Seneca milk for their espresso drinks, which is as good as it gets and higher quality than pretty much every other coffee shop in the city (even the fancy ones). It's really incredible milk. And the yogurt they sell is made by the same company. Leagues above all other yogurts, and I've tried them all. Major props for 10/10 sourcing!

Wide variety of vegan pastries, quiches, etc. I recommend the bacon cheddar quiche, the Not A Babka, the crousti, and the bahn mi.
