Finally!!!!!
I am usually not the biggest fan of American pizza - it is too greasy, too thick, has a little too much going on but wow this was a perfect slice.
a burrata pizza is a must. I got also New Yorker and omg it was so so good. The price are higher but so worth it. And they have beer which is a plus.
Pizza with a side of Perroni - incredible!

Delicious thin-crust pizza by the slice. Had one of l'Industrie and one spicy salami: both excellent.

Was in Brooklyn two weeks ago from Steamboat Springs Colorado. We sought out L'industrie and it did not disappoint! Amazing pizza, great crew running it and making the pies! Well done. We just don't have pizza like this in Colorado (not even close). I'm a Team USA Olympian and if there were an Olympics for Pizza - L'industrie would win the Gold Medal...

Really great pizza dough! Super thin, doesn't flop, and crisp with good char. We got 2 different slices (the house namesake and a margherita). The namesake slice was good but the margherita was bland and would benefit from some more basil and seasoning.

Small place and incredibly crowded but that’s usually a good sign. Despite lots of people, I still got my pizza in about 10 min. Fresh, never in a warmer.
Crust was light and crisp and the cheese was salty with a slight tang. One of, if not the best NYC “slice shops”.

It was our third time in NYC and we had always been pretty disappointed in the pizza there. We decided to give l'industrie a try since we were staying in Brooklyn, and are so glad we did. Our expectations were not high due to the previous sub-par experiences eating pizza in NYC, but this place has changed our minds.
We did half Fig Jam & Bacon and half Burrata. The pizza tasted fresh, and the flavours were a great combination (especially the Fig Jam & Bacon). They offer free hot chili oil as a condiment, which really complemented the pizza. There is no seating, but some standing tables if you wanted to eat in the resto.
In terms of wait, there was a decent queue even for the Williamsburg location. We waited around 20 minutes in the queue, then another 15 minutes after ordering. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back on future trips to NYC.

The best slice in New York, hands down. That sourdough crust is incredibly light and crispy. The Burrata slice is the star of the show, perfect balance of fresh cheese and zesty sauce. Expect a line, but it moves fast and is 100% worth it.
