I’ve been ordering from here for years, probably too frequently. Ordered the chow mein tonight and got a container of cabbage and miscellaneous shredded vegetables with no noodles in it. I double checked the website and google, and both say it is a stir fried noodle dish. The website specifically saying “stir fried noodles, pork, and vegetables” for the item. I wasn’t looking for any money back, just hoping we could get a redelivery with noodles, so my husband called them to ask/just see if there was a miscommunication even though the receipt also had the correct item listed. He ended up getting a bit chewed out and then hung up on by the woman there. Giving 4 stars because we’ve otherwise liked ordering from here, but probably won’t again for a while.

Bro this girl just told me she can’t put ketchup over my chicken wings with fries like how you gonna tell me you can’t do that. Then she made up a fake price and tried to over charge us.

Delicious good food! Genl Tao’s Shrimp very good with generous amount and lo mein the same…excellent. Got the house lo mein. Not skimpy and the small might look small but they pack enough in for 2 people for sure!! Quality and service are very good! Quick delivery to lodge in Red Hook! Very happy! Great service!

I cant rate atmosphere as I have never actually been inside of the restaurant. HOWEVER this is our office's favourite spot. We frequently order. (at least 3x a month) the food is constantly good and as BUSY as they can be they are very nice to us! Delivery is usually fast which is a bonus! Thank you Ling Ling for having great food, we appreciate you!

When placing an order the person who answers either (daughter /son ,Have no etiquette very nasty people. Food isn't that special to be treated LIKE THIS.Please Dont order from here not worth the stress...I will order from another place like Ting Hua on Smith st... you get polite service on the phone, fast delivery and their food is very good ?
