It was a quieter, rainy day, but Ararat the chef delivered! The food was delicious, and the service and hospitality were top notch. Ararat was an amazing host and so kind in making us feel at home in his cozy restaurant. I left with an appreciation for all things orange zest. The soup, orange zest mashed potatoes, and orange cake were superb. Can’t wait to come back here again.
This is the sort of place Anthony Bourdain would have raved about. The food its self was so fresh and delicious but honestly it’s the whole experience that makes it special.
It’s rare to find a place that feels this genuine ESPECIALLY in Greenpoint these last few years. Amazing food, lovely people, and such a great ambiance.

One of the best experiences we’ve had in New York!
Let’s start with the food — it was absolutely amazing and delicious. But the real highlight of this place is its owner, Ararat. He was incredibly welcoming, funny, and kind to our group.
He also shared the story behind his restaurant, which made the whole experience even more special.
Highly recommend this place — not just for the food, but for the warm hospitality.
