My friends know I’m a die-hard little Caesar’s fan. This location is the first bad experience I’ve ever had. Still love little Caesar’s, just not this location. I don’t know how the in person experience is, but won’t order from this place again. Pizza arrived cold.
Take the "hot and ready now" off the signage if im still gonna have to wait 30 minutes for whats essentially cafeteria lunch food ?

I loved this place but little by little it was ruined. Yesterday I went for a cheese pizza. It took 40 minutes and when they delivered it to me it was dry and cold. In my opinion it was frozen. I asked to speak to someone to see what we could do to fix it since it seemed like a scam that it took so long for just a frozen pizza. They had told me I had to wait but 20 minutes passed and no one attended to me, they just ignored me and told me to keep waiting. I left from there, and I couldn't enjoy the pizza because it was like a rock.

I hadn’t returned to this location since they closed due to a bad experience but today I decided to give it another try. I noticed they have a special every Tuesday: “buy one pizza, get one pizza free” I happened to met the owner Zach who informed me that the place is now under new ownership. He was incredibly kind. When I told him about my previous bad experience he apologized sincerely and in addition to the special gave me a 2-liter soda and a Twix brownie to make up for it even though it wasn’t his fault. He said he hoped to see me again and I will definitely be back. Best Little Caesar’s in town!
