Toonbah was working. I ordered over the phone gave my name and came in 10 min. When I got there she told me I sold your pizza because you took too long. I asked why and how am I late? Every time I ordered before they tell you come by in 10-15 min. She responded Well customers don't always show up. She gave me attitude when I questioned her why and never apologized. When I tried to cancel the order, I was told they can't reverse the charge. A new experience for sure.

White lady with green eyes should just get fired made me pay 20$ for one pie after I asked for a refund she said no and that it was my problem she is super unprofessional and I don’t know why she was even hired don’t go their unless you want your money played with. Very much not worth even a penny pizza was cold too

This location is the absolute worst!!!😣😖😡. The service is horrible! This place has been shut down for health violations . It finally opens back up, and they haven't learned anything! The cashier was in the back packing orders with no gloves or hairnet. The guy in the back had no hairnet or gloves. The cashier was the most incompetent person ever. Was incapable of getting an order correctly or even an iota of customer service etiquette. If I could give it negative stars, I would! Do Not Waste Your Money IN THIS LOCATION!!!! 😖😖😣😣😡😡😡😫😫😫
