Absolutely the best food we’ve had in a long time! We shared several platters and starters. Outstanding experience and service.

Everything we ordered was tasty, I’d recommend coming with at least four people so you can sample more of the menu. My boyfriend and I had the drunken noodle, rice salad, fried chicken starter, crab fried rice and Thai tea cake.. I left wanting to try more even though I was uncomfortably full by the end of the meal!

Drunken noodles were delicious but it was on the oily side. We loved that it was addictively spicy.

Crab fried rice is a must get. Also on the greasy side but an actual flavor bomb.

We’ll be back.. with more people next time.

Lovely team, revolving menus and style. I love how they prepare their cabbage, short rib massaman curry and incredible burgers during lunch hours, where I’ve often enjoyed lovely conversation with the fun and multitalented staff. A special bed stuy delight!

Dinner - We ordered the wings, crab rangoons, pad thai, pad krik khing, and an herb salad. All delicious with lots of interesting flavors

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3 out of 5 stars)

We recently visited Little Grenjai, a modern Thai kitchen nestled in the heart of Bed-Stuy, after hearing a steady buzz of praise from locals. The space itself is beautifully designed—intimate, warm, and stylish without feeling forced. We were seated at the counter, where we enjoyed watching the chefs meticulously prepare each dish, which added a thoughtful, behind-the-scenes layer to the experience.

We began with the drunken noodles, which arrived glossy and fragrant, packed with baby peppercorns and Thai chilies. While the flavors were bold and the heat unapologetic (as it should be), it may be a bit overpowering for diners with a lower spice tolerance. The Chinese broccoli with garlic was another visually appealing plate, but again, very spicy—so much so that it competed rather than complemented the rest of our meal.

The highlight of the evening was hands down the braised short rib—expertly cooked, incredibly tender, and rich in flavor. It was the kind of dish you remember. To temper the heat from the earlier courses, we opted for a Thai iced tea, which was well-balanced and refreshing.

Our total bill came to around $110 after tax and tip. While the portions were satisfying and the ingredients clearly fresh and well-sourced, the price point felt a little steep for the overall experience. We’d also recommend noting spice preferences when ordering, as it significantly impacted the balance of the meal.

We’d give Little Grenjai a 3 out of 5 stars. There’s a lot of promise here—the short rib alone makes the visit worthwhile—but we’d return with a different game plan next time, trying a few other menu items and dialing the spice down just a touch.

The burger is worth all the hype. The fries + dipping sauce combo is great. The drunken noodles are also delicious. Soulful vibe and fun place to eat. Really happy to have this place in the neighborhood. Cute merch too!

Great smash burger, tasty and delicious. Cool vibe and friendly service. I will come back for more dishes, if I am around the area.

Truly fantastic Thai food! Pretty small spot, but super unique.

We LOVED the Crab Fried Rice with Yuzu Miso Butter. Talk about a flavor bomb - this is a must to hit your table.

The Crab Rangoon were also a treat - super fresh ingredients. Burger is pretty good and getting one for the table to share is never a bad idea. Maybe skip the fries? Left me wanting more.

Went on a Sunday a little after prime lunch time (1:30pm) and was able to sit within 5 mins. It’s a counter ordering system with food delivery service to the table - more of a casual spot / vibe.

Absolutely delicious, fusioney thai food but heavy on thai. A little pricey but everything was well portioned and super tasty, so doesn’t hurt my score or POV

drunken noodles 4/5
pure, minimal, clean tasting. mildly and pleasantly flavorful

tofu puffs 3.5/5
great texture, no flavor, works with khao soi but not noodle dishes

thai tea w oat milk 3/5
not too sweet, which is great.
not coconut-y, not so great.
mildly watery but pleasant.

Great food. Really tight space. Kinda pricey for the neighborhood but quality

We came on a Sunday afternoon to try the burger, which did not disappoint. The pad thai was also solid, good sign for a Thai spot. I’d love to come back for dinner and try the Thai tea cake. The service is quick, though it’s minimal given that you order at the counter. The seating is reminiscent of an American diner with utensils and table cloths bringing a Thai street vibe.

Arrived at 7:40 on a Wednesday with no reservation they had something available at 8:30 so went to a bar down the street. Was seated at the counter overlooking the kitchen which was fun to watch the chefs cook. The food was super delicious got the crab rangoon, crispy rice salad, drunken noodles and brussels.. everything was tasty the brussels could have had a little less char but overall everything was really great, the food was prepared so so quickly.. had some sake as well which was great but wish there was a couple more options! dishes are on the smaller size so would recommend getting 4 for 2 people. would have got 5/5 stars if not for the extra charred brussels and more sake options but would go back!

That smashburger haunts me.

Best fried chicken I've had. The smash burger is great - but note they serve it only for lunch of happy hour Thursday. The wedge salad was also the best ever had. Great quality of ingredients used in everything. Unpretentious environment and open kitchen. Congratulations, great hospitality.
