I been here couple of times very good pizza and lovely place, the only downside is that they do not sell slices and that they open late, even in the weekends. It would have been the perfect spot for weekends get together with family or friends.

Another positive review about this place would be akin to adding a drop of water to an ocean of compliments. A cozy family-style red sauce joint, Lombardo consistently churns out brag-worthy and generously topped brick-oven pies. This time we got the prosciutto and funghi pizza featuring portobello shrooms, briny prosciutto, red onions, and truffle-infused EVOO. Every bite was just as enjoyable as the one that preceded it. It’s become a personal goal of ours to try every pie on their menu.Just be sure to get here for dinner earlier rather than later; there is a finite amount of dough that’s prepared everyday.

Off the hook. Best in Brooklyn maybe NYC. Small spot. Great staff. Loved our pizza and calzone. Prices are reasonable and servers were nice. Will be back again really soon.

Great neighborhood, family owned spot. Some of the best pizza I’ve had in NY.

Excellent pizza. Good service. They could do better on the beer selection - they had only one. Really good thin crust pizza tho.

Nice place. Friendly people. Pizza excellent. Had the meatballs appetizer real good. Good wine served cold the way to drink it growing up in Italian house. Definitely going back. First time there. Off of 3rd Ave on 71st. Never knew it was there. Been driving by it over 35 years.

Solid first experience. I've always wanted to try this place, but it's cash only, and I rarely have cash. Fortunately I did and decided to venture here. I ordered a Margherita pie/-it took about 15 minutes, which wasn't an issue-- there is ample outside seating. The pizza itself was great and well worth a visit. The only possible negative was two of the slices were a little harder than the rest, but otherwise, it was excellent. Hopefully in the near future, they start to allow card payment and add delivery device-- which would allow me to add this place to my regular rotation.

Definitely one of the top pizza places in Bayridge. Wish they delivered! Thank god they aren't a far walk!

Had the Traditional Margherita Pizza, the pizza i was looking for! a thin crust with a good chew, with the right portion of sauce to cheese to basil.

I've been on a tour for some of the best pizza in Brooklyn and Lombardosbayridge was a must try. It's not very fancy inside and kind of has an old school vibe too it. We opted for the traditional calzone and margarita pizza. The calzone comes out piping hot, topped w/ fresh basil and has 4 different kinds of cheeses. It's accompanied with a small portion of sauce to go with it. It's light, but crunchy at the same time. The margarita has a beautiful char to it and the pizza has absolutely zero flop. This one is made with fresh mozzarella versus a low moisture that would see in a more traditional New York slice. It's definitely a good pie and if you've never been you should definitely check out this gem.

Delicious vegan pizza and vegan calzone made with follow your heart / violife cheese!! Amazing owner and staff! My boyfriend and I come here consistently since soon after we opened and enjoy the food so much that we order enough to always bring home leftovers.

Having seen the 4.8 rating, I decided to try them out. I was rewarded with easily the worst pizza I have had in Bay Ridge, and the 2nd worst, overall, in decades. I ordered a Margherita pizza well-done, as I always do elsewhere. But this wasn't prepared as one. It didn't have fresh mozarella, melting and baking in the familiar circle patterns. It was the grated, standard cheese. So this was just a burnt, standard pizza. Other places can this this correctly, so, never again. Quite terrible. I was so angry I didn't take a photo before I just threw it out.
