I have been going to Long Won for a while now I always thought the food was good and the workers were nice up until a few days ago. I ordered my food for pickup and when I open that food I was extremely disappointed because what the hell is this. The chicken wings was so hard and dry like it been fried over 10 times and they had it for a while like be for real. The fries were no better pieces like not even whole fries and hard. Needless to say I will be deleting their number out of my phone and now I have to look for a new place. Never again.

ordered fries and requested ketchup. The employee at the counter responded in an unprofessional manner and proceeded to squeeze an excessive amount of ketchup onto my food. The behavior and attitude displayed were inappropriate and unpleasant. This experience was very disappointing and unacceptable.

I ordered a simple steam broccoli and brown rice, and when I tried to eat it, it was awful and gave me a stomach virus. The oil was dirty because I exchange the meal for just French fries and it made me sick to my stomach too. They need to change the soy oil often or use vegetable oil. Wash the utensils clean up the smelly cooks, because the food had even smell like a sewer.
