Customer service is horrible, my son called 3xs over 2 days to order a cake for my birthday tomorrow. Everyday at 8:30am & 2:30pm & was given the run around to call back & when he did they again stated to call back. I don't know if the management has changed but this is unprofessional. This cake usbt a cake that is in stock and must be ordered. Shame on you Lords...
Worst place ever I went there to buy a cake for my birthday the lady who was working there had a bad attitude and the way she treated me was disgusting ? I will never go to this place the cake was disgusting after I tasted that cake I had to throw the whole cake in the garbage and I didn’t have any cake for my birthday because of them and the way she wrote happy birthday on the cake was so horrible and ugly

I’ve been going to this restaurant since 2012 and it’s been great the cake the taste and you can use your food stamp card That’s the best and when you taste is very delicious I love this restaurant I would not change it for the world and people is very nice they very respectful they take the time they do not rush. The cake always look beautiful when you pick it up And they work with you and you also do not have to pay right Thea and then you can pay half and then pay the rest when the cake is finished ? LOVE IT cause you can use your food stamp card to get your ? cake

My sister bought a cake for my oldest sister she ask for frosting not Icing she made it clear to the guy that she purchased the cake from. He told her specifically that cake is not icing but frosting when we took the cake to my sister to celebrate her special day, which was her birthday we found out there and then the cake is icing and not frosting and the cake was also very dry my sister also wrote a review sharing her thoughts on the poor customer service. The manager replied back in a not so friendly way he/she did not take responsibility for the cake or accountability did not even apologize for the wrong cake we received We will not be buying here again we will not be visiting again and we definitely will not recommend your poor customer service to anyone.

Because my sister can not have it I asked are you sure it’s frosting and not icing the employee said yes and assured me. in the middle of my sister’s celebration When she was about to have a slice of her cake on her special day The cake was icing, ruined the whole thing…. and the cake was dry

And I hope heWasn't near any of the food because he was very unkept from his black bead to his shoes.. Been going here for over 50 years. They are still one of the best bakeries in Brooklyn. Although their fare has changed as the neighborhood has changed they still bake wonderful delightful goodies. Unfortunately one of their bakers is a thief. He stole money I had dropped from my pocket but said that he didn't. I told him that I'd give him a chance to give it back before I did something. He insisted on fighting. I was not going to take the chance of getting arrested. The police came, he confessed, the police arrested him and gave me my money back. Lords did not fire him. Until they do, I won't go there. They should care more about their longtime time customers than their low life thief baker.
